Just purchased this one off the good ole fleebay:lol:

Just wanted to know how it has performed?

Do you think it will be good enough for 1 Mars hydro 300 in a 4x2x6 tent?

How loud is it on a scale 1-10?
Thank you all!

found a couple for around 10$
Those cheap fan controllers are hard on the motor and make it buzz. They turn the AC sine wave into a square wave and essentially turn the motor off-and-on. You will be much happier with a variac that gives you a wide range of speed variations. I use something like this and it also lets you dial in your humidity a bit.

That's a great price for the Variac.

no offense but this is a budget micro grow not a trap house so I really dont need that much quality.

None taken, you can also just skip the speed controller and give your exhaust a couple of bends and it will slow your CFM with each turn.
