i think im going to try that for my next grow... 4 big buds vegged for 8 weeks with 1 600hps each ...
i just hope i will get the same results... im thinking of doing it hydro though .. larger buckets with their own built drippers or sprayers..

its a shem you have to wait so long though i think thats why people dont want to try it they want results and they want them fast.. but you would probably be better of this way anyway...

i know all about the big bud. i grow it every time. they do grow fucking big with big budz on them

from experiance? how long would you veg for though ... 5 or 6 weeks?
i dont know much about that strain... i did try to find it once but i started a thread about big bud the other day ... i wanted to know if it was as good as people say ... i wouldnt want to grow it and have a weak smoke and then find out there are strains with similar yields but a lot lot stronger...

i have been growing lui for about 3 years and let me tell you this is some GREAT stuff. Usually forms one single cola that is enormous, compact as hell and smells like a skunks asshole with sweet undertones, great bag appeal and great high. I very highly recommend this strain. also great for med patients, great pain reliever. p.s. i veg for about 10 days with clones from my mother plants

I got almost 12oz dried from 1 Cheese plant indoor.

wow .. so you got 8 oz after veg for just 10 days?
ill be straight .. at the moment i need money so i can move out of my dads place (yeah i convinced my father to let me grow (for 50 percent mind you) and i have at my disposal 6 foot by 6 foot...
so im constantly trying to find the best method to grow for maximum yeild.... i would like to everage about 5oz a week so then i can split it 250pound a week each fro me and my father... first i was thinking 36 under 4 600hps.. then i thought about just 4 larger ones..
but at least if i go with more plants i know ill be getting 2 oz a plant .. but if i decide to go bigger and do a 4 month grow with 4 plants its all new to me and i could lose out on yeild .. arghhhh too many decisions..

i realy didnt know LUI was that good... how much space does it take up width wise i mean and i guess you dont top them then... are they all like that or did you grow out a batch for the best pheono?

and im guessing LUI is clone only?
or will i be able to get seeds with good genetics sent to the uk?

yeah it can be done .. its all about the veg time and looking after your plants well ..

having a paintbrush,paint and an easle don't make you Michaelangelo...you could fish/farm beside me and starve to death, while I make a good living....been there.done it. continue to do it. It takes time. The plants will teach you.

well what strain are you growing? different strains respond better to different types of training etc.

My last grow i got 23 and 3/4 off 1 plant! go check out my journal, and ignore the haters. Just look at the facts.

it really depends on the strain and your food I was getting 5-7 in dirt indoors a few years back I switched to using rockwool now I get between 10 to a pound a plant 10's average for me but I have got a pound onece and 14 a few times.

I run two thousand watt hps on bud side and veg

alot of people use metal halide for veg but I found if you keep it hps all the way through the end result is better not sure what it is an old school grower told me that and I tried it and never went back.
