Why can't i rep

I used to get rep from nubes... would just be grey until they had been here long enough and it would turn blue and add to the rep then... Im perplexed by the rep and ranking system tho... scared of that paradigm ;)

is it midnight to midnight? My time or your time? or does it go by rep consistency? Is there a variable in that? As a persons ranking and rep power increase does that increase the amount of the previous rep given? or is it fractional? It could be... maybe it should be? I think that there are rep clicks right, rep each other quite a bit? is there a cap on how much you can rep just one person over time?

What does Rep Really mean? In depth exploration of this concept is now needed as I strike a match, watch it burn down, and use it to consume my cannabis.... thinking all the while of how to relate it to the Rep system on RIU...... cough cough cough....

I don't know but for some reason I want more of it. I never ask for it though, that takes the fun out of it.:razz:

The REP system has been screwy for a while... i gave someone rep a few weeks back i think. ever since that no matter how many posts or rep i get its not letting me rep anyone. in fact i think people have been trying to communicate with me via rep comments and i cant do it back. anyone finally get any info on this??

has the pic thing been straightened out? i can see a few of my pics, not all. only mine tho...
