Im not sure if it is a hermi and the picture I took wasn't clear enough. There appears to be somewhat pod looking things in the buds, hard to notice, the pod looking things have white hairs growing out of them, the pictures I've seen looked much more noticeable so I am hestinant to pull it out, but the question is will leaving with the other plants hurt anything??? thnks

if u think u have a hermie chop it immedietly, ul be sorry when it fuckes the rest of ur crop!!!!!! if u are going toleave it inkeepa close eye every fiew hrs for bannana looking formations!! if u see them(may only be 1 or 2) get itout as soon as u can coz it will throw pollen and ul be fucked!!

depending on how far along you are it may not be a major issue right away, if you are in early stages of flowering and are unsure if it is hermie or not then you should be fine giving it a day or two to watch for any good signs, but as soon as you see anything its easier to get rid of it sooner then later. The longer you wait the seeds may begin to develop and pollinate the rest of your fems, if you wanted to keep the plant its as simple as transplanting it and separating it from the rest of the crop in its own space...

Its too hard to tell because of the yellow tint on the pictures, but are you seeing any small yellow banana shaped things on any of the bud? or did you before you noticed the pods? and how far along into flower are you?

Also, if it is herm it looks like you still have a solid amount of buds going so i'd recommend isolating it until its finished so you can atleast take whats there form it...

i dont see any banana looking things just things that appear to be circular very small with hairs coming out, the problem is Im pretty much out of light, If I isolate that one it would still have to be in the same room. so that prob wouldnt work. Its tough to tell if its herm or not.

if your nearing end of flowering you might be alright, some females produce things that make it seem to be hermie but if it is late in the flowering cycle then it will not rpduce any pollen and therefore won't effect the other plants, but if your early in flowering keep a very close eye on it and the moment you cant tell get rid of it especially if isolating it isn't an option. How many palnts are you growing. because if you have a decent sized crop and are highly concered because of certain signs you see then it may be worth the sacrafice of 1... but from your pictures i cant see anything telling me the plant is hermie. (Then again its hard to give a very solid answer based on the picture quality.) Hope any of this is helping.

its helping a great deal, at closer inspection all of the plants seem to have that simular growth, none of it looks lik e yellow bannanas. So I mean if the original one in question is herm then the res are and I doubt that (atleast i really hope thats not the case) I have 5 goin now already lost 2 two males. I am about 4weeks into flower

HIONHYDRO ur completely wrong on this 1 sorry,if he leaves his plant to finninsh ''flowering''(seeding) it will be plasterd in seed, the bud he has already will be overtaken by seed , i kno this coz i choped 2 downa fiew days ago that were 5wks into flower!! i was gutted but it has tobe done!!

im sure in the first or second pic it looks like a small bannana but it is hard to tell due to the colour of the pics
be warned if u are seeing wot look like seed pods forming they spread very very quickly, like overnight in some strains, some people may even tell u that ur plants are fine n all u have are SWOLLEN CYLAXES, be very carefull of this as sometimes its hard to tell them apart, heres 1 way of telling=

if wot ur looking at are the little ball formations , sometimes they can just be LARGE CYLAXES but if they keep swelling beyond normal cylax size into more hard round formations then u have a hermie, another thing i noticed when the plant starts to turn hermie is flower production slows dramaticaly????? have u noticed that at all?? and the pistils may start turning red/orange prematurely?? just some advise for u to consider, but wot do i kno im not an expert,,,,,,,

if your noticing similar growth on your other plants as well then i highly doubt its herm... but good luck with the rest of your grow and hope everything turns out to give you one hell of a harvest!
Happy growing!

He stated that it wasn't showing signs major signs and thats why he had asked so if he is early in the flowering then watching for signs of herm is what you would want to do. I wasn't saying to finish flowering with clear signs of a herm. the pictures don't look clear enough to tell but as he had stated in a close inspection of his plants he saw nothing that looked like little bananas, hence me telling him to let them go and keep a close eye on them

If theres not alot of them, spray with water, then pluck um out with a tweezer.Just make sure you remove them, before they open, and blast pollen all over the place.

fair enuf HYDRO but i experienced exactlythe same as this fella just a fiew days ago, i realy had tol ook closely to find those bannanas and when i did i only found 1 tiny bunch, by the next morning there was seed forming on the lower reaches of the plant and by the next day there was seed growing in the bud, TURNED OUT THE SWOLLEN CYLAXES THAT EVER1 TOLD ME WERE ACTUALY SEEDS WICH WAS HARD TO TAKE IN, seen as i put nealy 2mnths love and attention into them, thats why im trying to stress it to this guy to keep a very close eye, and if he has other healthy females to get it out of there if hes not sure!!

BETTER TO LOSE 1 THAN THE WHOLE LOT!! I WASNT HAVING A DIG AT U!! PEACE OUT....

Hey Sandman, nice to make your acquintance mate. Your plants look difinitively female to me, the pods I think you're worried about are swelling female flowers that are bursting with female hairs at the moment. Since stress and inadaquate conditions cause a plant to hermie, it could still happen, but it looks good right now. As HoH was saying, if it's early in the flowering cycle, hermie plants are not a threat to your garden as of yet, assuming you have hermies at all, they take a while to mature and release pollen (as a selective breeder, I know this for a fact). The tendencies of hermie plants are to develop seed sacks (characteristic of male development) that are either empty, or contain small amounts of pollen used in seed production. Give it a couple more days and get some pictures up, as close as you can, and we'll have a better look for emerging pods. Good luck mate, you're on the right track
