I didn't vote for Trump, and the Israelis voted for Netanyahu, in droves.
They like his policies apparently, which is to subjugate the indigenous Palestinians and forcefully take as much land for their illegal settlements as they can.
Israel is a POS apartheid state that is bankrolled by the US, and as such has cost the US thousands of American lives (9/11) and continues to put a bull's eye on the back of any American anywhere in the world.
Maybe if Israel would seriously sit down and negotiate about a future State of Palestine, they wouldn't have so much to worry about from being attacked by their neighbors, and I wouldn't hate Israel so much.
Until then,I will continue to think of them as liars, thieves and murderers

The reload time silly. Big difference when you have to take time to reload. Understandable on the battlefield, but when hiking the need for a 30 round mag is ridiculous and you would be better off keeping your fragile tiny dick ass in the house or trailer . Good morning

The only time a Black Bear is dangerous is when people try to scare it away AFTER it's gotten into their camping food.
Since 1986, there have been 14 verified Mountain Lion attacks on humans. In other words, it's not something to worry about.
Criminals are mostly found in the city. They might be found at trail heads. Even in those places, people are less safe with a gun than without one. LOL at the idea a criminal would be a mile or so on foot in the wilderness, looking for a victim. Also, LOL at the idea that he would just stand and watch you reach for your weapon.
@twostrokenut , you carry a 9 mm Browning because you are fearful of very rare events. With your demonstrably bad judgement, you and people you care about are less safe when you carry that gun than when you don't. Gun owners like you are cowards.

Just think about it for a second or two. You are chugging along on a hot day up a trail, wheezing and sweating like a horse and from nowhere you get jumped by a Mountain Lion. Do you really have the reflexes to draw and fire? It's all fantasy because it's simply not going to happen but even so, man that's just plain dumb. That gun is more likely to hurt you than anything you meet on a California hiking trail. Also it's probably the most valuable thing your are carrying. Guns don't make people safer. Fact.

I met a gentleman one day while mining in butte Creek canyon. He was middle aged and became very friendly after I showed him my finds, about a quarter ounce of placered nuggets. We chatted for few while I enjoyed a smoke. It was a scorching hot afternoon, we both decided to hike out together, about three miles and at least eight hundred vertical feet out.
On the hike out we stopped at a mutual friend and prospector's cabin to say hello and show off some shiny stuff. Soon after the conversation turned to poachers, growers and theives in the canyon. Dave had many stories to tell and showed off the guns he used to defuse some the situations.
Any way, to make a long story short. Darrell, the gentle man I'd met on the creek produced a .45 revolver from his back pack. He really wanted me to shoot it after learning I'd never shot one. Having no ear protection I declined and we headed for our vehicles. Being much younger and in better shape I waited many times for Darrell on the way out. He looked beat up and very tired by the time we hit the trail head. The first thing he told me when arriving at the top was that was going to be the last time he would bring the extra weight of a gun hiking (it damn near killed him, lmao).
