Will this CFL light setup work?

Heres a diagram i drew and i want to know if it will work.
As you can see i want to wire 4 25 watt CFLs into a wall plug.
Should i just use a 2 pin cord?
Do i need to wire a ground wire to the lights? (3 pin)
Will this work?

Are you set on having them hang all in a row like that ? if not you should go to home depot and grab some "Y" splitters that can turn one socket into two which might save up on some of the wiring. and the warm lights would be best suited for flowering i believe. and the brighter 5000-6500K (daytime) bulbs for vegging. and right now i just have a 2 pin cord running some CFL's

theyr not gonna hang exactly like the picture i just drew it like that to show the wiring.
i want some y splitters but i live in australia and for some reason every home depot shop i go to doesnt sell them :S
id love to get a 250 watt cfl but over here they cost alot more then 60 bucks. iv seen a few on ebay for 150 =\
i think that we are a bit behind on the cfls so the stronger ones seem to be a rare find and very pricey too.
plus i want to have more smaller lights so i can use them over a wider range of space because i am planning of doing a lst sog. i would buy one high watter if i had one plant.

You don't need to ground CFL bulbs. Two wires works(screw-in CFL bulbs don't have a ground connector anyways).

Please update your set up or the solution you gave to this diagram on your CFL lights. Its a great diagram by the way.
