It's a polarity issue. Midazolam is just polar enough to get an active dose into an aqueous solution, with the other ones you need to use something that is slightly polar to mix with the water like ethanol (you really really really DO NOT WANT to inject ethanol) or propylene glycol (this is how pharma companies make injectable benzos).

I got into them, I just didn't inject them :) Unless they were Dilaudids.
And yeah, when I meant I didn't get into them, I meant Iv.. and insufaltion for the most part.. :)

Hey guys,

I get anxiety from time to time but I am currently on a program for opiate withdrawal. Its suboxone. So when I speak to my doctor he always thinks I am trying to get valium for the wrong reasons when I genuinely want them to calm my anxiety. My girlfriend gets them and she gets about 100x5mg per month. She has a low tolerance to everything so she just gives me some vals whenever I need them.

Anyways, I stumbled upon Silk Road and started ordering xanax which was ideal for me. I enjoyed them way more than I do valium and they just seem to sit better with me. Now with SR going down I couldn't get xanax anymore so I have to settle for my partners 5mg vals.

A friend of a friend can get xanax and usually its about $5 a brick when buying 1-2. Im in Aus and thats just the going rate roughly. This guys said he can get 'BOTTLES' for $250 so I am like yeh that's cool. Then he goes on and says it is $5 a brick so I was like wtf, a bottle of 25 STILL at $5 a brick. Can someone clarify if xanax come in bottles of 25, as I always seen bottles on Silk Road advertised at around the same price in Aus but they always said 50x2mg bricks so I always assumed xanax just came in bottles of 50. Never seen a bottle advertised with 25...Has this guy really got a 'full' bottle of 25 or is he trying to do me over for half a bottle.

Also, if I was buying a bottle, wouldn't you think I would get a discount for buying that many, but he still wants $5 a brick...
Damn that sucks. ...u cant give them fkrs away round here....bars go for 3$ a piece n theyre everywhere...yuck yuck yuck...u love em today but ull hate em soon enuf....theyll make ur life blur together n slowly but surely ull start fuckin stff up...jobs friends possesions....xanax is a bad drug for ppl who dont need them...imo

I got burnt at work fairly badly a few years ago and in the er they started me off in an Iv drip of I think morphine, which did not a thing for the pain and I was still in tears so they hooked me up with some dilaudid.. then after the d they gave me my daily 50 mg dose of methadone at the time I was on..
I about got up out of the bed and danced my way out of the e.r. door..
Not sure if it was the combination or what, but my god, it felt divine..
Dilaudid cuts through the done a lot better than morphine (or even heroin). I got a 40mg shot of morphine once in the ER when I didn't have a tolerance (must've been a note in my chart). I was flying. It was for a swollen testicle and on the ride home I was singing AC DC's Big Balls.

My old dentist used to let me have nitrous whenver I needed any work other than a cleaning. They'd let me sit in the chair with my headphones on and a nice stream of N2O for like 10 minutes and tehn come in and give me a bite block to keep my mouth open and let me do my thing. I remember once my dentist realized and commented on it to his assistant and when I was done I was like, "took you long enough to figure it out. Can I have my percocet now?" I miss that dentist. The drill sounds fucking awesome on nitrous!

Oops forgot this. Hydromorphone has a much higher affinity for the receptor than even heroin. It and fent are the things recommended for bupe patients if they need painkillers in an emergency because they're all that really stands a chance of shooting through the blockade.

Another problem with benzos is memory loss. Learning is impared, retention reduced even days after the last dose. The haze can continue for a while, I have often missplaced things that I just had in my hand, put things down and walked away only to fail to find that thing knowing what room I was in, searching for minutes for what I just had. Lord, car keys are the worst. This on theraputic sized doses. Actions can simply be erased from your memory.

It's only a side effect of them when they're used as anxiolytics and sleep aids. As anesthetics they're supposed to make you forget so you don't remember teh procedure if something happens.

haha awesome dentist! I haven't been to a dentist since I was really young, and needed to get a molar removed. He didn't even numb me or anything. Just said "this is gonna hurt a little bit, you can scream and cuss at me all you want if it helps." Then he grabs PLIERS and crushed the tooth before removing it. What a sick bastard.

I had the numbness wear off mid extraction....it was a fucking nightmare
imagine those people who say they are conscious during an operation, but just can't speak.. omfg, i can't imagine how effed up that must be. not even the pain part, which mind you, would have to be out of this world.. but can you imagine the funky sounds that would come from say, a hip replacement surgery??
i think that was the worst part of my wisdom tooth surgery, the dr said, oh, you'll hear a lil crunching sound now.. if that was a lil crunching, i'd hate to see his idea of major crunching, lol.. i can't even imagine that happening during a major surgery..

that is mostly midazolam, and I have recently lost days to them, a particular problem is promises. My parents used to promise me things (like a chemistry set), and then claim they never made such a promise. They call it gaslighting after the movie. I am also half deaf, what happens is that I try my best to keep my promises but if I don't hear the request and say yes as I invariably do, or if I promise something under the influence of midazolam I try to keep my promises even if I didn't hear the request and blithly
agreed or... Don't remember what the hell I agreed to.

Yeah, some people don't get knocked out by anesthesia. We use paralytics to keep people from having involuntary movements during surgery. Of course if you wake up they prevent voluntary ones too...
Apparently waking up fully aware but paralyzed during a procedure is enough to cause PTSD in many of the people it happens to.

There's a reason that versed is a preferred anesthetic.
