I couldnt say as to when those particular leaves start growing. Is it a reg ole leaf that grows during veg and flwr and was blessed with superior placement ? Or does it only start in flower (12/12) ?
Just curious ! I guess all this isnt going fast enough to suit me. lol

I have decided to do some LSTING with twisty ties 
and I also took my very first clone. chipped away some of the bark and cut at a 90 degree angle first put water on the stem than dipped into my rooting power and tapped off some of it to make the rest fall off that isnt sticking to the water.
i also fimmed on one branch and topped one more time on a different branch. i thought id give it a shot since i took a clone and this one is pretty damn healthy. i also removed dead leaves. and now she can sit in the sun and soak up light and relax for weeks.. i might veg her for a good 2 months before putting her into flower now!! this is going to be exciting!!!

im also a light smoker!! but everytime i get some bud i make sure its different every single time. sometimes i get lucky and get named strains. or just some regular kush type of weedInteresting enough to drop me enough every go-round.
And I'm a fairly light smoker

This one sprouted on 12-10-13. My nutes are this. I have never used it before, but got a really good deal on it @ local hydro. In fact ... I have not used nutes at all before My medium consists of this and Sta-Green All Purpose Potting Mix with Fertilizer. (All I could get at the time. not that i am disappointed) PH (run-off) has been 6.0. the temps have been 72-80, which tends to dry out the leaves ever so slightly so I foliar feed it a couple, 3 times a day. It seems to love it. And the RH has been 30%-40%. With my current conditions I really have no way of kicking up the RH, but the foliar'n seems to do the trick.
Im using 4 cfl 27w 6500k for veg.
This growing stuff is the bomb. Fun as hell and keeps my anxiety down. lol (not kidding tho)
I gave my 1st nutes 14 days ago. 2 waterings then a 2nd round of nutes. (2 days ago) I used a 1/4 of what the bag says. I also noticed that the 1st one was a bit hot so on the second I used the same amount. All looks good.
I started lst'ing and "super cropping" I think thats what they call what i am doing (pinching and bending) early I guess ... 10 days or a week old. Its working tho. On one of the pix I put a red line to show how the mainline is running. The plan was/is to run it somewhat around the pot while elevating as it grows to keep the new growth the same as the older. Trying to have a even canopy. we will see. Next time I think i will start at the side and go straight across the pot and see where it goes from there.
I have NOT fim or topped at all. I still have no idea on sex so I am not sure if I will grow it out even if male (for experience) or keep dropping beans until i get a fem. At that rate though, I will never get some quality smoke. Thats what i am shooting for btw, quality smoke duh lol
If it turns out to be fem ... I hope to clone the shit out her. You know ... the whole ceed ordering phobia !
I plan on just lst'ing and SC'ing this time around. Next time maybe fim/top while lst. I am sold on this lst though. Lay that bugger on its side and I cant stop the "tops" from popping up. They all think the are tops ... rofl
I really didnt plan on the SC'ing, but I had too. Have to move some of the big stuff. And with my current light configuration, I can put one or two lights closer to make those leaves twist how I need them too. YaY Funny how they look when an upside down leave twists toward the light.
I was luck right off to find a nice distance from lights because ya really dont know til ya do it. The nodes are very tight. At least I feel they are.
Hope I didnt forget anything ...

Yes ... In a hurry and copy/paste from my shopping list back when. lolShouldn't you have some 6500k cfls in there for vegging? I mean that is what i read everywhere....2700k cfls are used for flowering...But I am a newbie.....I could be wrong...but hey that is what we are all here for, to learn......
