Weather got stuff backed up. New York had some delays with mail lately. Hopefully yours will be en route soon.

@420 This is all part of the game when ordering internationally. Mail can sit at the ISC for months sometimes. You got to deal with it, sorry but thats the reality.

The system for tracking usually is behind the actual movement of the mail. Your package could be on the way to you now. I received a package and the tracking had it in NY.

In both these cases they are true. Most of the time when I get my packages it's still sorting according to usps.
