is foil bad? i know that it increases heat but the temp is just the way it should be

It just doesn't spread it out evenly and can create heat spots. White paint or mylar are more recommended. Mylar is what i got. 95% reflective!

Thats just one plant right?
If so take those tubes and but it right up next to the side of the plant. Get the largest w 6500k CFL you can find and make a reflector and put that above. It'll get nice and bushy!

I'd use those flouro tubes for side lighting along with the hps.
How big is your space?

Ditto on ditching the aluminum foil. White paint isn't the greatest it wont reflect that much light but it wont absorb it either (which means more light and less heat). White poster board works good if you rather not paint. The disadvantage ive found with this is water. If you spray ur plants its easy to get the poster board wet. fluoros are fine if you keep them close enough. I would also ditch the aquarium lights and get cool white then switch to warm white.

they are a month and 5 days old , my space is 24 inches wide by about 26 inches long i ahve 6 shelves like this with two plants a piece on each, each shelf had a different strain, but these are my oldest

yea man, its exactly 4 foot from shelves to ceiling so i might have to move to the ground which is 10 foot from there to top

I think my cab is 64 in high. they don't look to badly stretched! You should def get some more pics up!!!!

Thats great! Like i said i'd use the CFL's for the top and the tubes for the sides!
