Do you have a link by chance? EDIT: Saw what ya posted, FFS talk about merky. Anything on advertising to the public? You can't do that with tobacco after all. In plain view where children can see.

I think, but cannot confirm, that this has to do with the fact that there were already advertising regulations in the Class 1 (or whatever MM is classified as) Canadian regulations.

Apparently Bedrocan got to the doctors in my area. a guy i know just got a script and his doctor automatically set him up with them. he cant work and cant afford their prices...so hes playing the waiting game until some more affordable smaller lps come out

Like I've been saying...the rules change to suit the moment. Someone probably complained the HC that company X was advertising in contravention of the Act and Blah blah blah, boooom!LP's are now encouraged to advertise and the rest of us can go fuck ourselves, because this program is going to be successful no matter what the Harptler government has to do!
