That's my favorite way to have a burger........with sauteed onions:)

A burger my way.......
Ground ribeye or even some Kobe beef would be nice ... a good size patty smashed to have thin edges that brown and crisp up real good...cooked medium,I don't like my burger red, just a little pink is perfect,2 pieces of BACON,with sauteed onions and mushrooms,a slice of pepperjack cheese between a fresh baked bun or even some thick texas toast slathered with a jalapeno ranch dressing...OOooooo Weeeeee!!!

Btw...I had grilled sausage with Mac and cheese tonight:)

Dude???...a baked potato with egg?and mayo???you mean like mayonnaise???and cheese???.......yep your right it didn't warrant a picture....lol
:) Actually if you haven't tried it then I would say for a lazy mans snack it's pretty good. I mean you can't go wrong with a baked spud, and egg with rough ground mustard mayo, then Old Amsterdam cheese grated on top, and if you got it, preferably Ploughmans pickle on top of that. I first had this when I was around 10 years old when I use to get dragged shopping on a Saturday with my Mum. Was the highlight of the day for me, along with finding as many seats in the shops we went to. To this day I am a super quick shopper thanks to those long ass Saturdays. Next time I make it I take a pic:)

Made some game hens. I had them marinating in soy sauce, garlic and pepper for 2 days. I didn't intend for it to be 2 days, we just ended up doing something else and didn't get to it till today. I made a glaze from the drippings and the soy sauce I cooked it in.
Will be having rice pilaf as a side. Fiancee isn't home yet and the rice is still cooking.
