You can grow outdoors in a "kennel" if you wanted to. as long as it is fenced completely in with a locked gate. if you own a house I've seen some shit on a grow dvd where they cut out the ceiling and roof of a single room and sealed it all up put up a tarp to control rain, added a full drain and plumbing system. and required zero electricity. Growing outdoors indoors. the best of both worlds. I think there is a brief clip in one of the Jorge's grow dvd's that may show it. but I saw one of it being setup.

I did 8 of them last year in backyard without problems. My neighbor didnt say anything but he knew. No cops ever came... so personally no leo experience.
BUT , these kids in warwick run alittle operation out of residential house which they sell meds to random cardholders and grow outside. They have razor wire around enire yard and obvious what they do. Cops supposidly went there 3-4 times and had left cause they had multiple cards there and all legal.
So if its fenced in and out of sight and locked then i would assume its good.
All these kids did was put screen ontop of entire yard as a roof and locked fence and they were ok... they have way to much balls than me. Its always a risk but if anyone were to be arrested it would be them for sure.

Fine line between balls and stupidity ... Just because one cop in one city did not make an arrest does not mean another will not ... I do not gamble my future with what ifs and supposidlies ... Just me though
he asked i told him... i didnt say hes guarenteed to not be arrested. Its late n season so guarentee he has plants out there already anyways.
Its just examples of other locals. BTW it wasnt 1 local cop. Local cops dont do raids with tons of plants. There is another agency which does.
Either way goodluck which ever way you choose. Doesnt affect me one way or another.
