Two things!

Firstly; thanks everyone on this forum for being so much help, I'd have been lost a couple of times without you all. That being said, I did my first ever flip three weeks ago, and I'm so beyond pleased with my results. I'm including a photo of what you all have helped me achieve.
My second point is asking for more help. My boss gave me a hydro set up today, and I don't even know where to begin.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated, and would be grateful if someone could point me to a clear, concise, and reputable website that could guide me.
Thanks again, everyone!

The pictures aren't as clear as I'd like. I have co2 boost and pump, vacation timer, termometer/humidity combo, an aquarium pump, a hydroponic air pump, a bubble disk, 8+ feet of tubing, two six foot extension cords, two door sweeps, ph test kit, ph up, ph down, rockwool, hydroton, Stealth Hydro nutrient blend (I haven't opened the bag, but from the outside I can see grow, bloom, and micro), a pro drainage kit, and the big tub complete with tubing and something that looks like a pump.

you're not gonna wanna hear this, but.... read! look around for someone that is posting his/her grow, that is doing what you want to do, and copy them. that's how i got started. there isn't really anything new, going on. at this point in time, pretty much the only thing that will change is the equipment. i'm only talking about indoors. outdoors, well, some things never change, lol.

That wasn't something I wouldn't want to hear, thanks!

I moved your thread over to hydroponics as it is much more applicable to your questions.
You may want to peruse the hydro sub forums to see what may help.
I'm a soil guy, which means useless (on this subject).

Hey, thanks! I'm actually perusing the hydro section of things just now.
I'm a bit intimidated by it all, and don't know that I'm going to actually attempt this any time soon, I seem to be a dirt gal myself. :)

Hopefully a hydro master will chime in and help you out - we have plenty of them here.

Your tub, res I mean. Its a joke for full grown plants. I hate to see these pos tubs with 6 pots. Marijuana grows big, one plant per 20 liter container MINIMUM. I run RDWC. Really theirs no other option. Or your dicking around. GL.

OK I feel bad now, that's a great setup to grow some small plants, pr cuts or from seed. But eventually, they will out grow that container!!! I suggest a one container per plant setup. DWC bubbler is amazing, really fool proof.

Aw, no need to feel bad. It's practically impossible to hurt my feelings. Worse case you say something I don't agree with and I ignore your advice. ;)
So, those little baskets in the tub are what's too small? What if I only did one to two plants in there, and found some longer baskets for the roots? I will probably only ever grow from seed, and can't imagine actually making an investment for seeds. I'll just be throwing in there what I have left in my bag. Does this information make any difference?
Also thanks for taking the time to respond. :)

Well, just looking around I happened upon the PDF How-to hydroponics, and am about half through that. I may not need as much help as I previously thought, luckily!
