So we have some Western Winds feminized from Sagarmatha Seeds. Two of my smallest ones have very light and skinny leaves and have slightly fuzzy tops already. The Larger W>W are just starting to show pistils. These are the Sativas I'm growing this year, please feel free to post and include your own Sativa favorites. I love reading them :-]

DSCN0762.JPG My 2 smallest Western Winds girls. For some reason, they are both runts with only 4 branches per plant. On a good note, they are already getting fuzzy tops from all the pistils... :hump: - the other plants are : above, right, a bag-seed female I topped twice, about to finish her stretch. Bottom: Dank-green, Phat Indica leaves on this mini-plant. Looks like a textbook Afghani Indica, imo. Also got this one from bag-seed.

I am a sativa man. I grow an indica to pay the bills and to sleep on but I luv me some tiva.

2 things I keep growing for myself are a sativa pheno of serious seeds AK-47 and TOH (Tijuana Original Haze).

In the morning, with coffee, it's TOH, mid afternoon it's the AK, and at night it's critical kush.

My fave is the TOH. It's a real bitch to grow. 15 weeks of 12/12. I don't sell it but if I wanted to nobody would pay the ridicules price tag if would put on it.

I always wanted to try western winds, is that Frisian Dew? I seen a pic back in the old days of in a book and wanted it ever since.

Save me a nug

From what i hear, it's an energetic "UP" sort of buzz with good duration and happy landing. We need some stuff like that to get things done during the day :-P so that's why i chose this strain. For PM- We have Lemon Kush :-))

I grow bagseed, of which most are hybrids but I have this one sativa that has the skinniest fucking leaves and its lime green. I pray it is female. But even if it was male, I would happily breed that fucker.

Sounds awesome ! - Have any pics? Definately sounds like some breeding potential if it's a male. And if female, Grow her BIG and clone her :-)

Hey Polo, how is the Up-Lift on that Original Haze? About 16 yrs ago, I grew BCSC- NL#5 x Haze #1 and it was some of the Best Sativa any of us have smoked to date. Tasty, sweet n sour + sugary with a Potent HIGH that lifted you up where the eagles fly:o I really miss that strain, but we're hoping our Western Winds (Kali Mist) will provide a similar (if not even better) experience for us :bigjoint:

It's Sagarmatha's version of Serious Seeds' Kali Mist. Far as I know it's the same gene pool. Don't think it's related to Frisian Dew (?). It's my First time growing this Sativa, and so far am feeding lightly and expecting a Long-Ass Flowering time. Will post updates and hopefully a smoke report in due time :joint:

DSCN0749.JPG Lemon Kush (in the corner) and a single-bladed bag-seed Monsta-Hybrid that has really impressed me with its vigor. She showed pistils @ 5-6 " tall and is now nearly 4 Feet !!! Pistils & side shoots everywhere, and a citrus-type smell that reminds me of California Orange I grew a decade ago. I think she is Finally(!!) done stretching, and will start packing on calyxes next month :hump:
