In America today, who has it worse?

So, your denial of "service" to me by not giving me the extreme wisdom of your dope growing wizardry regarding god bud is a bad thing and harmful to me? I should get the nanny state to spank you and make you tell me?

Oh look, there's giant nose growing out of your face Pinocchio.
i never claimed to be open to the public, you racist shit.

i am a private club and may deny service to whoever i wish and for whatever reason i wish.

in your case, it is not because you are an old, white, flaccid turd, it is because you are a racist dick.

I stole this from an essay.

I enunciate the property principle to my students in this way: I may do whatever I choose to do with my property. My students want to limit the principle in some manner, adding such language as “provided you don’t hurt another person.” I respond “no conditions whatsoever. I may do whatever I want with my property, with no restrictions.” I then offer this hypothetical: “I own this brick. I notice that you have a big picture window at the front of your house. Based upon the principle I have stated, may I rightfully throw my brick through your window?” After a bit of “I guess so” answers, I invariably get this response: “you said you can to what you want with your property; the window is my property.”

So you accept that a non owner of property can define the use of it and use threats against those that do not comply with them?

Why is that?

Denial of association is a right everybody has. You just exercised your right and I respect that right poopy pants.

I have no right to force you to associate with me and you just admitted it. Therefore nobody else has a right to make others associate with them or threaten offensive force if they don't....do they Mr. Rapist?

Calling property, "private" or open to the public or whatever you want does not change the actual nature of property. Property is something a person owns and therefore has control over or they don't own it.

You allow government word smithing to change the nature of ownership and never address that, which makes you a boot licking sycophant.

You think by forcing people to serve others you are not inititiating aggression? How is that? Use your entire reservoir of intellect and enlighten me Poopy pants.

Ring Ring...

UB Picks up phone...

UB: Hi, you've called UBs strain consultation service. Uncle Buck speaking

CUSTOMER: Yes hello, I have a question in regards to the best method of drying my harvest.

UB: Yes I can help you with that, what strain is it?

CUSTOMER: I'm sorry could you repeat that, there is a terrible echo on the line.

UB: Sorry about that, I was just at wendys. I said what strain is it?

CUSTOMER: It's a hybrid indica dominant, not sure on the exact genetics.

UB: I find the best was is to hang them upside down in a room with little ventilation and plenty of cat shit. Make sure there are days old turds in there and ensure your cat has flung half of it around the room.

CUSTOMER: Ahh, okay are you sure?

UB: Trust me, toxoplasmosis is nothing to worry about, fecal matter will only add tang to the final smoke.

CUSTOMER: Ahh, okay can i speak to someone about cancelling my membership?

UB: the customer you have dialed is unavailable, please try again later.

UB: (hangs up phone, looks in mirror and smiles) Great job buddy, pay it forward...

A slave is somebody compelled to provide service to another person.

Some people support slavery, but I think that is wrong. Peace.

it sure does, actually.

i can't go to a private golf club and plop $50 down on the counter and go play.

but i can at a public golf course or a public/private one.

it's helpful to check into these things first.

Denial of service is a form of denial of association which is a right we all possess... to chose our associations on a free and mutually consenting basis. You, yourself just exercised that right and I respect it.

If a person denied others the right to refrain from associating with them they would be in the wrong, because that tactic, "forced association" is not very nice.

So a harm is caused when we take away something that belongs to another absent their consent. In the example you are lamely trying to provide, the person being harmed isn't the person being denied the association, it is the person being FORCED to associate.

You are confused and think because some people are bigots that they lose their right to control their own property or that the ylose the right to decline an association. You run from the discussion I just laid out, because it hurts your pea brain.

you still possess that right, even with civil rights in place.

it's called a private club, dumbass.

no one is forced to make themselves open to the public, thus no one is being forced to associate.

hell, no one is even forced to open a business in the first place.

so let's try this again and see if you actually want to answer the question:

You are now expressing your ignorance. You don't know the difference between a "right' and a granted nanny state privilege.

Slaves are people that are compelled to serve others. Why do you think it is okay to use force to compel some people to serve others? I think you would be better off if somebody didn't want to associate with you to simply leave them alone rather than force them to associate with you....don't you Mr. Poopy Pants?

there you go again, comparing the act of being paid to make a sandwich for a black person to the act of being held in bondage and forced to labor for free your entire life while having your family and kids sold away from you.

You ignore the part about the force being applied when a person must kneel before the almighty state and seek permission when opening a business. That is a shifting of a right and reduces it to a granted and revocable privilege upon the whims of the parasite class.

Can a person conduct a business without permission from the overlords...no they can't. You blatantly ignore that part and don't see THAT force, even when it is obvious.

How is it that you and I can't, (and rightfully shouldn't) force others to associate with us, but you are fine when your nanny does it?

Which special magic do they have that lets them control another persons body or property? Enlighten me, oh Captain Floor Shitter.

Nope. A person that is FORCED to serve another is a slave aren't they? You can't deny that can you? No, not even a pea brain like you is THAT stupid.

So what the slave is made to do might be interesting, but whether the slave is made to feed your gerbils, clean your bathroom, make you a sandwich or make a Chinese person a bicycle, the fact that they are compelled to do it under threat of force is where the harm originates.

That feeling you think you are getting, when you say you are kicking my ass, is probably diaper rash.

I think forcing people to serve others is wrong. Don't you?
