In America today, who has it worse?

A person that is FORCED to serve another is a slave aren't they?
not really a slave in the historical perspective. but it's not a good thing.

luckily, no one is ever FORCED to open a business, are they?

no one is ever forced to make that business open to the public, are they?

anyone who opens a business can make it a private club, can't they?

wooops, there goes your retarded slavery comparison that you totally say you are not making.

idiot.

you still haven't answered my questions.

there you go again, comparing the act of being paid to make a sandwich for a black person to the act of being held in bondage and forced to labor for free your entire life while having your family and kids sold away from you.

let's try this again:

I am kicking your non-intellectual ass. That is evident by your lack of response to some specific questions.

see question: did denial of service to blacks for decades cause harm via less competition, higher prices, or outright barrier to entry?

Okay it's hypothetical analogy time. You rape a gerbil but only stick in for like a minute before you spew, because you are so excited by gerbil rape you can't hold out any longer. You compelled the gerbil to serve your twisted needs against its will.

Your imaginary friend rapes a gerbil day after day and sells the baby gerbils away. Does the severity of your imaginary friends gerbil rape, mean your raping was acceptable? Why no, no it doesn't Meathead.

A person is forced to seek permission if they open a business and they are threatened with force if they decide to run it as if THEY owned it. Oh look your stupidity is revealed...again.

Are you really saying that a person who must have for all practical purposes government permission to run a business is not in some way being compelled to obey an edict by an entity that doesn't own the property? THAT is force, right in front of you.

no one is forced to open a business or to make it open to the public, thus no one is forced to serve others.

and you are still not answering my questions.

So a person that DOES open a business ISN'T under a threat of force to use their body and their property in ways they may not wish to?

I think your nose is longer than your gerbil poker now Meathead.

not with respect to serving black people, who you have stated you "prefer not to serve" and have to be "coerced" and "forced" to serve.

if, like you, a business owner does not want to serve black people, they can make it a private club.

and you still have not answered my questions.

Now you're making shit up again.

My position is that I, nor you have any right to compel another to serve us....even if it is just a little 2 minute gerbil rape.

So why do you think it is okay to compel people under threat of force to serve others?

that scenario does not exist.

no one is ever forced to open a business or make it open to the general public.

if like you, someone wishes to refuse service to black patrons, they are free to open a private club.

here comes the long winded rationalization from rob about how denial of service totally never caused any harm.

Coercive governments prohibiting people from choosing their associations harmed lots of people, blacks, whites, lots of people.

If a person wants to associate with another that wants to associate with them, that is their right and none of our business.

If a person doesn't want to associate with another the act of forcing them to, to use their body and their justly acquired property as if they did not own it, causes harm.

You are trying to justify the use of force (via forced associations) to right what you perceive is an injustice. However you never address the course of action that you would use (forced association) as if it were harmful. Why is that?

Now why do you like to use force to make people associate? Wouldn't it be best if people interacted on a voluntary and consensual basis? Why yes, it would.

that's the whole point of private clubs. no one is mandated to be open to the public. they get to nteract on their own voluntary and consensual basis that way.

you still never answered the question.

Your solution to forced segregation is forced integration, including forcing people to use their body and private property to serve others.

Why that's brilliant, you would have made a great Plantation owner or government official.

nope.

i am all for allowing people like you who prefer not to serve blacks the right to open a private club.

only racists use the term forced integration by the way. the rest call it "desegregation".

All things that are owned by a person are a "private club" if they make that their designation. Having to seek permission to assign a definition to something you already own reeks of non ownership, not ownership....stupid.

Also, when you attempt to assign me racist status, the brilliance of your ignorance approaches Super Nova.

I think it's not up to me or you to tell others how to use their body or their property. You do. Good night shit head.
