I just got my dr recommendation

I just got my dr recommendation for my green card and want to get my ppl a friend told me I have to file at the same time, but I don't want to wait on sending in my card and does anybody have any input on the ppl application

In other words can I wait a couple of weeks before I send in my personal production license so i don't have to wait on my card application

You can file your ppl whenever you want. It does not have to be done at the same time as your mcc but you do have to have an mcc in order to get the ppl

Just send them at the same time and save the DOH the trouble of having to vet different sets of paperwork. Its more efficient time-wise also. you get your mcc and your ppl at the same time

I sent my mmc off already and held my ppl paperwork because my grow area wasn't ready. But there are few questions on the ppl paperwork I was wondering It says "lack of security will disqualify you" so I put up a couple wireless cameras to some pics put a deadbolt on the door is this enough also my room face away from the street a made a map to show that do y'all think that will be enough and the first part says describe the area ie neighborhood what do I put there thanks for all the help guys

I think your security precautions are enough, and when it says describe the neighborhood just try and be as positive as possible, it greatly helps if you live near a cop.

And you didn't send in your ppl paperwork because your grow wasn't ready? That is exactly what the DOH wants. They don't want you to set up your grow at all unless you have your PPL card. You need that card before you can legally do anything with your grow.

That's funny you say live near a cop because I live near three, a sheriff three houses down and my neighbor is head of drug task force for my town, and to think this would actually benefit me. Thank you for all your help as soon as I get my mmc back ill file for my ppl thanks again
