I did a dose of glycerin tincture this summer. I have no health issues, just was taking as a preventive. Start taking a teaspoon in the morning and one at night, didn't get high per say but felt a little funny during the day, so I dropped the dose down to 1 teaspoon just before bed time. 1 cup lasted me two months at 1 teaspn a day. I felt really really good though out the summer, awesome sleeps. Some interesting side effects were, not having to get up in the middle of the night to pee any more, waking up with raging morning wood, and my morning crap smelt like skunks. Can't say for sure if it did anything, but I didn't hurt.
