I have a question if vaping the bud or herb is got the same health benefits as vaping or orally pure cannabis oil?

Vaping burns a lot cooler it don't really burn, but just heats it, where as oil is burnt, like 400+C you get all the impurities, tar all the crap, vaping is so 'cool' its hardly noticeable, ideal for ciggie smokers with little lung capacity too
