You made a statement at the beginning of this discussion saying that labor costs only a SMALL FRACTION of the cost of an item.

You have been proven wrong. Now your argument is that he picked the wrong industry??

There is NO industry where labor costs a small fraction of the total cost. If you think there is, please feel free to PROVE IT.

You are the one that made the statement. Then suddenly you demand proof you are wrong. When you receive PROOF you are wrong you whine about it.

Put up or shut up with some evidence backing up your SMALL FRACTION statement.

You are a hypocrite on many levels.
Why don't you tell me how you really feel, sweetheart?

Deflection... Typical. You dont have facts you have opinion and it is wrong yet again. You go boy!!

College classes are not going to help you. But at least it gives you an excuse to fuck off for another quarter year.

I said it was "a fraction", not "a small fraction". Do you know what a fraction is?

"Wal-Mart paid its top executives and board members $66.7 million last year. The rest of the money has to be split among Wal-Mart’s remaining roughly 2.2 million employees. Of those, about 1.4 million work in the U.S. Assume that Wal-Mart spends about 2/3 of that on the salaries of its U.S. employees, because salaries are generally higher here. That leaves $66.6 billion for the U.S. workers, or $47,593. The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that 30% of the average U.S. workers’ total compensation is spent on benefits.

That means the average Wal-Mart employee’s take home pay should be $33,315. Wal-Mart doesn’t say what its actual average salary is. But Payscale estimated it to be just over $22,000 at the end of last year."

I sold it for about 60K... I dont miss it :]
Uncle Buck seems like someone who doesn't realise no one gives a shit what he says anymore.

I'm even having a semi-civil conversation with Padawan and Buck still can't touch this.

This place might be ok after all, I guess it is self-regulating.

It is true what they say, the empty can makes the most noise.

I learn things here, when Uncle Buck doesn't interfere. I've tried to seek out honest information from him, so I could better understand things. All he wants to do is insult people though. It's a shame.

He used to have an interesting viewpoint (even tho I mostly disagreed with it) before everything was just "racist this, racist that".

I'm probably racist for just saying this, who knows?

Every time I quote Uncle Buck and put it in my signature it gets deleted. He's a whining little snitch and he runs to the mods crying.
i've actually never reported your sig once. the mods just don't like you, same as the rest of us.
