Florida girl you have a point, but its just contradicting.
Growing is illegal period. Unless you have a med card etc..

So why put limits on where or how? public land or private?
If you are gonna break the law, then that is the risk you are taking,, there are no rules.

People in Seattle don't have guns. This is a VERY boring city.
LOL... well then lucky you... the point still stands... if something happens to you or your plants then it is your own fault.

Of course I will never agree with the notion that one be able to trespass on another's property without the owner's permission. I don't trespass... and I don't expect to be trespassed against.

Do you own your own property? Do you think anyone should be able to come on your property and do as they like without your permission? If so... you should post the address of your property here so everyone knows where they are free to grow with your blessing.

If not.. then you need to shut the fuck up![/quote sounds like your raggin so maybe you should shut the fuck up you twat:finger:I am a propery owner and choose not to grow on my property, stop tryin to justify your stupid comments

ROFL.... yes... by all means I must be raggin because I believe someone who owns property has the right to not have their property trespassed against without their approval for the purpose of illegal activity. Yeah yeah... I'm the one whose trippin.

Tresspass??? what??? are you insane?
Its called guerilla growing/ illegal activity/ felony behavior.

Thats like a robber saying
"oh wait a minute lets not rob a house, instead lets rob the bank beacuse the money is insured"

And you want them to get permission?

Florida girl i think you need to rethink what you are saying.

LOL... not contradicting in my mind. I would not grow on my neighbor's land... I would only grow where the risk involved could only fall back on me. I just don't believe I have the right to trespass against anyone else and put them at risk for my "crime".

Whatever... you all carry on as you like continue to trespass as you think you are entitled to. I'll continue to believe if harm comes to you or your plants because of your trespass then you got what you deserved. :blsmoke:

So when the cops come and visit your property
and find your plants and seize your property then you get what you deserve  LOL

It seems to me that if your gonna have a conscious in this guerilla game then it will probably be your downfall.
Is it morally right to grow on somebody elses propery? absolutely not. If its your only option, then so be it. You cant make rules when your breaking the law in the first place.

I completely disagree with that statement. Growing in your own home where you are causing no one else harm is one thing.

Growing on someone else's property where you put them at risk for your crime is downright deplorable.

I guess I just don't have that criminal mindset to understand the "guerilla game". Happily I'm just a woman with a couple of plants in a small room.... in a house I own.

You do realize this is the outdoor section? Not everyone can grow inside and if that wasn't an option for you would you grow outdoors on your property?

My grow is kinda medical...I'm SICK of paying for it,does that count  LOL
Amen to THAT!

I think the original poster stated that they didn't know that the field got mowed yearly. Easy mistake. Hay just looks like weeds unless you know it's growing to be harvested. It was obviously on the edge of the field, so rack it up to an oops on the part of the grower.

Heck, birds shit seeds that grow into stuff on our property all the time but I don't give them hell about doing it or call them guerillas. Granted, birds aren't growing anything illegal, but still - no one needs preaching to on a pot-growing forum! We live & learn. The OP has already said lesson learned, 'nuff said.

And to Chewy's point, I'm SICK of it being illegal.

Happy Friday people! :weed:
