That person shouldn't have used the cat's litter box for a filter.
More bragging to try to gain respect. LOL
I don't understand where the logic of raising minimum wage would solve problems. If the wage is increased, the business isn't gonna adjust their budget(and suffer from a smaller profit margin) cause the law says so. They are gonna fire people and only keep a few(increasing the employee's responsibilities). I would prefer to be able to get a job for $7-$8 an hour instead of not be able to find any work at all. Its simple economics, the wage goes up the supply of workers goes up, but the demand for those workers goes down.
more shitty trolling to try to gain who knows what.
Unlike you I seek nothing. I'm not the pathetic loser that you are.
https://www.cbo.gov/publication/44995you got any empirical evidence showing how raises to the minimum wage cause unemployment?

In the aspect of empirical, I am not an economist so no I don't have first hand experience with the issue.
Government interference in the economy is a real bitch
As long as the increase isn't above equilibrium. It's gonna be a small change anyway because only about 5% of the job market is made up of minimum wage workers anyway. Only about 15% 16-24 year old hourly workers earn minimum wage today anyway. So I guess the impact won't be too bad in consideration. My bad
This I do not know.If he was worth more, why didn't he get the job for 11 an hour?
If he had quit, would his boss called him back and offered 9.5 an hour, or hired someone else at 9 an hour instead?
"real Min wage" is just inflation adjusted min wage so that it shows a progressively lower and lower amount
The thing is, if Obama is so stinkiin great and so many people own stocks like buckaroo says, shouldn't that number be going up, after all we don;t have any inflation anyway. And considering the deficit has been slashed by record amounts, we should all be driving our Rolls Royce by now. Whats up with that Buck, how come none of that is actually true?
I still think most 16 year olds need to make shit money to develop a work ethic(I sound like an old man now).
This is one of the few times that you have made any sense. That's a pretty shitty justification for low wages. Most people making minimum wage are not 16 year old kids, and earning lower wages don't teach people how to develop a work ethic. Furthermore, why would it be the governments responsibility to teach its citizens how to develop a work ethic?
It seems contradictory to say conservatives are for limited government and then say it's the governments responsibility to teach citizens how to develop a work ethic. There are many inconsistencies in conservative ideology, birth control/abortions, religious freedom, sexual orientation, etc. When you platform on moral objections, and no such thing as objective morality exists, you're simply left with a failed policy based on subjective morality, and since you think your beliefs are divine, given to you by your god, everything else is automatically wrong and automatically justified.my reasons are pretty much summed up by your last sentence.
I don't get my morality from the imaginary sky daddy. It seems contradictory to say conservatives are for limited government and then say it's the governments responsibility to teach citizens how to develop a work ethic.
