Card start and renew date question

Ok been waiting for my letter to get my card for 3 months now I have called them and they say it should be there next week they have been saying that for a good month.

So my question is when I finally get it its good for one year does that date start from the time I go to the DMV and get my card or when I sent them my packet.

Just kind of pissed been waiting this long got people willing to help me with meds but need my card to make everything legal and I am new and paranoid about it and I want them to feel ok with it too and having my card is the best way I can see to do that.

If anyone knows please let me know.

all you have to do for now is use your recommendation letter from the Doctor that should be good until you receive your approval letter from the state your good now who every not trying to help because you don't have a ID or card yet is full of shit!!!

Its just hard to meet people when your to sick to go anywhere and not having a card make me nervous and I am sure for the people that offered to help it makes them nervous.
Just hard setting up all this over the internet and trying to get people to trust you that your on the level if I had my card could just send them a picture of it.

I just want to know if anyone got there card after the laws changed in April when did the effective date begin when the card was made or when you sent in packet?

And I tried with all those mobile dispensaries in Vegas with just my doctors rec and they all told me no way but that would have sucked anyways its 6 hour drive to vegas and I don't think I could do it now.

Well got my own question answered.
Just got my letter and the date is from when I sent in my packet which is kind of suck since my card is almost 4 months old already and I haven't even used it lol.
Anyways very happy finally got it and hopefully everything works out.

I've renewed my card since 2006 and this year is the first time they're late. My card expires today.

I am really thinking next year of renewing early because this same giant group is going to expire at the same time next year.
They have been sitting a 5-6k patients for a long time and last I looked it went up about 1000 in from October to November that's more then the whole year of applicants in just that month processed.
So I don't think they were prepared for the onslaught lol.

You have to wait for the r the renewal package in the mail. Show up 60 days before your card expires.

maybe they will have it all fixed by then I keep thinking once people start seeing dispensaries open then there will be another big rush for cards but that's a ways out still.

When it cost 150 to renew they came in 2 to 3 weeks in certified mail. I don't know what the hold up is.

Still no paper work but not worried, the wife has a card so it's all good. The check was cashed about 2 months ago. lol Maybe the reduced price has caused some delays.

They've sent me one every year now since 2006. That's messed up if you don't get it in the mail.

Well, I lied. I found my paper work in a box on the kitchen counter. It was dated Dec. 16th. Maybe my weed is better then I think? Just WTF? lol
