you need to be a lawyer to understand all this. As far as I'm concerned right now a doctors note will do cause this is fucked right up. Police don't know, doctors don't know and either do the patients...Ask me again why my license lapsed 20 days before this bullshit...I dare ya lol...also Manson is not on our side, not a chance. There's pressure coming from somwere and it's from the opponent. Unfortunate...very unfortunate. Sorry to all the mmpr patients and us who fell between the cracks or want to move there garden...bending over and taking, lube on sale at shoppers drug mart, won't hurt so bad.

Is there a decision with a reason for not dismissing it? Manson doesn't like us....is he an old fart? It is so unfortunate that not everyone can just say fuck it and grow their own, or buy from the BM or cc or if you really want a LP. This shit would end right quick if we could all stand together and blow smoke in their face....arrest everyone...throw everyone in jail...

I'm with ya and I'm sure lots of others are too. A lot of people on here have been saying boycot LPs at all cost. Which I personally agree with in the same breath there are some that due to there current situations ex can't physically grow themselves or there jobs would be at risk etc ( stuck between a rock and a hard place )
but if the majority of patients give the LP's the big fuck you they will fail. I for one will continue to spread the message of LP boycot and try and help give anybody advice on how to access there meds in any other way that works for them. The way a true commpassionate system should work.

Just wondering...if we loose, will HC be allowed to send out our info to law enforcement? (like they said they would) if they do, will police enforce it?

Doctor patient confidentiality. They can't just ask for it and receive it. Unless you've confessed a heinous crime to your doctor, everything said or documented in that room stays between you and your Doctor.

Fuuuucccck I hope we don't go through all those bullshit scare tacktics they tried pulling last march. Threatening freedoms/ telling innocent people to destroy there property only to buy it back from LP's at 5 to 10 times the price, releasing private medical files and the list goes on. Fucked up how much greed can blind people from commpassion.

what happened here in BC was the police/RCMP said to HC-who's going to fund the crackdown? resources are scarce as it is & they want to add more work because they can't get it together and use common sense. if we all can co-exist, i vote that way! let LP's do their thing & let us do ours. then you have choice! not a fan of something I need being rammed down my throat
there is a charter you can use but i think it's only cancer...police can't impede someone's life so if the MMJ is curing it, the cops can be charged. i don't know where i read that so I will try to find it & post a link so I'm not talking out my butt

This got me thinking that right around the time of the election, we need to maybe send letters to editors and remind people of all the crap this government has pulled...I know one of the papers here seems very conservative friendly...maybe we should collaborate and come up with a common message....can you tell I'm sweating a little?
