Garden Boss and JJ are definitely killing it. However, I am sure they have some good connections. You have to in CA or else your stuff will just sit and sit and sit. Especially if it is outdoor. You can get rid of indoor a little bit easier it seems.

moving is different these days..especially if you haven't done it in awhile..you think you'll be alone..trust me you won't.
all of your friends are already there..starbucks, mcd, walmart, target, la fitness.. any and every chain possible is on every corner now..they are even set-up in similar fashion for just this purpose..people want to be with what is familiar to them.
i used to travel a lot for work different city/state every night..that's what got me through.
