shot in the back!

Shooting someone in the back is pretty cowardly in most siutations, and also illegal if the owner didn't have a reasonable fear for his life.
Cops routinely shoot people in the back & get away with it using the fear for their life bs excuse , cops are trained to deal with fear yet shoot fleeing felons daily , they get a month paid leave of absence & a fukin medal .

Some $7 an hour shmuck who's only experience with violence is call of duty video game is gonna end up frying .

I'd bet money there is more to the story where the thief had a gun & threatened the guy .

Im completely ok with citizens shooting criminals who steal from them in the back , face , nutts , foot or where ever they choose , fukin pc of shit stole a grow light , bet he was gonna grow dope & end up slinging grams on street corners & would gladly shoot somebody over ten bucks .

Its too bad the shop keeper wasnt an expert knife thrower .

LOL :) I agree! If you are in my house you are coming out with a bullet or a knife in you. But maiming and killing for property only works in TX and in some venues in FL. In law school the argument started out with shooting a guy you woke up and found in your bedroom. They morphed it finally to a teenager crawling out your window....... we got to argue all the points along the way. The other one I really enjoyed was the arguments about trap guns. I LOVED Criminal Law.
Shit like your example is why i value our guard dogs so much , we currently have 3 150Lb American Bulldogs & 2 are man eaters , they have saved us countless thousands in stolen property & fuked 2 fence jumping thiefs up real good , one putting his arm thru my sons bedroom window at 4am & the other breaking into my knack box.

Our 1st ABD saved my wife from a gunpoint carjacking 15 yrs ago & made the newspaper as a hero , crackhead had a big suprise when he hopped in the passenger seat & our dog Aryan was in the back to say hello at her command.

Guard dogs will save tax paying honest people from becomming some prosecutors stepping stone to success .

My wife used to have a German Shepherd named Lex. Some POS tried to break into her house (this was before we met) and Lex made a nice meal out of the bastards arm.

Now we have 3 dogs. 2 yappy Dachshund mixes and a Wolf/Shepherd mix. The Dachshund mixes are more likely to bite then the wolf though. However if she feels threatened she's 110lbs of "fuck you up" that I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of. We used to have to put her outside with a 20ft tow chain that was padlocked to her collar. She snapped every other chain and fastener that we tried to put her on. Even with that heavy ass chain around her neck she'd run around the yard and jump 5ft in the air like it was nothing.

The downside though is that a dog could lose their life protecting you. People claiming that if a dog bites for any reason then it's a "vicious animal". Had one instance where some kids were throwing rocks at my dogs. I called 911 who transferred me over to animal control who told me "there's nothing they can do". I bet if I opened my gate and let the dogs loose they would have had something else to say.

Here's what I don't get...

Part of owning a gun is to visualize situations in which one might need to use it. But it doesnt end there. Try to visualize the aftermath of a situation. How are you going to feel after using your gun in defense of yourself or a loved one? How would you feel after using your gun in defense of a hundred dollars of your personal property? Do they differ?

I see two choices facing that hydro shop guy. Let the fucker go with the hood and it will be over in a minute. You will have a good story. You might lose some street cred but what the fuck... you will be home with your family having a beer soon. You'll probably sleep well tonight.

OR

Pull a gun and shoot at the guy running out the door. You are taking the risk of hitting another person. You are also risking hitting him, which would probably mean the release of bodily fluids in your store. They will need to be cleaned up. You are also risking fucking up the whole chi of your store. Instead of growing shit... You killed a man. Right there. Later you will find out if he had a wife, a kid... Do you think any of this might start to fuck with your head?

Oh yeah, you get to deal with the police too. And maybe his wife and kids lawyers. And a whole fucking mound of shit. But it is far less likely that you will have another person try that anytime soon. Oh, but you lost 20% of your customers but you will get lookie loos stopping by to see where you killed the guy. They won't buy nothing.

Or you could have just let him go and had a beer and a dab. Oh, and most likely, the rep from the hood company will comp you the stolen one.

Are you people mental? (edit... No disrespect meant, but this is a no-brainer for me and also is just good business sense)

Running out a store with stolen merchandise is a pretty shitty reason to shoot someone.

However, where my family sleeps has a different set of rules. Don't dial 911, you call your best friend and tell them to bring their shovel because you just shot some asshole in the back, with both mags.

Yeah really , whats the matter with naming a dog after a star or whatever that thing in space is called , aryans belt , its either a star or a cluster of gas or some shit , i just know pics of it look cool as hell .

Cant be any stupider than fido or sparky , i thought it was a good name .

We had another one called Pugsley , one called Mush mouth , another named Mongo , another named Homer ,another named chipmunck , another we called Kitty Cat , i try to pick unusual names .

Our current 3 are named Hoss from the tv show bonanza , Tortuga which is spanish for turtle & the last is Adoff named after the poet .

Do you mean ORION, as in the constellation ORION and the ORION arm of the Milky Way galaxy our solar system inhabits?

Regardless, "Aryan" isn't something to get offended over anyway, unless you're a bigot.

That's Orion.

Does he also have a confederate flag handkerchief around his neck?
