I know a way to decrease the fatcontent of tasty fastfood meals, up to 66 %.
For Croques, Burgers, Sandwiches.. :
Instead of 100 % Remoulade or Mayo, you can use a ground of 50 % Joghurt and a top of 50 Remoulade. Result 100 % taste. 50 % fat, less calories...
Also you can make tasty light products with joghurt. All you have to do, is to rebuilt the original salt content.
Mayonaise light : There are 4 ways to get a good light mayo
1. Make a ground of joghurt ( 50:50 ) and a top of mayo, don´t mix it.
2. Buy a good and light one, like miracel whip or heinz.
3. Use a traditional recipe, but instead of 50 % fat just 16,6% fat and 33,3 % joghurt.
4. Or stretch you mayo up to 50 % with joghurt, add salt untill taste is 100 %.
Remoulade light : The same as at mayo, but with remou.
Danish remoulade : The same as at mayo but with danish remoulade.
Feta light : Mix 100 gramms feta with up to 150 gramms joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %. ( max. 3 Gramm )
American cheese light : Heat 100 gramms american cheese, grind it untill it is fluid, than mix it with up to 150 gramms joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %.
Liver sausage : The same as at Feta.
Teesausage Spread : The same as at Feta.
Croques light : Traditional recipe, but with remoulade light.
Sandwiches : Traditional recipes, but with remoulade light.
Burgers light :Traditonal recipes, but with danish remou, mayo or remou light.
Noodlesalads light :Traditional recipes, but with mayo light.
Potatoe salads: Traditional recipes, but with mayo light.
Fish sticks light
Instead of putting the sticks into a pan full of fat, water them and put them into the oven ( ca. 20 minuits. ) untill the top of the sticks gets hard. The whole fat of the cover becomes fluid and is collected in the bottom side of the sticks. After heating them, turn them around and remove the bottom side of the sticks with a fork. A lot of unneccessary meal and nearly all of the unneccesary fat is collected here and removed.
More than 66 % less fat and less calories.
Fish mac light : 1 Toast, put 3 fishsticks light on it and put some remou light and some cut onions on it. No breadcover
Vegetals in cheese sauce.
Coock 300 Gramms of frozen asia vegetals.
For the sauce take 75 gramms of american cheese or feta and heat it. After heating it grind it untill its fluid than mix it with up to 150 gramms joghurt with up to 1 % extra salt. This pure or together with rice is a easy, cheap, natural and slim meal.
Cow ground, hamburger meat and cow chevapcici light.
Just put it into the oven, untill the fat becomes fluid and leaves the meat. Don´t let it heat too long or it gets too dry. I trie to keep 7 % fat in it.
Sausages light : Traditional recipe, but instead of 30 % fat, use 25 % joghurt with 5 % fat in it.
This were my favourite meals.
My favourite sweets and cakes:
Chocolate light : 50 gramms of heated chocolate mixed well with 100 gramms vanilla pudding.
You save 66 % fat and 50 % calories.
Caramel light: The same as at chocolate, but with caramel.
Marzipan light : The same as at chocolate, but with marzipan.
Nutella light : The same as at chocolate, but withnutella.
Marmelade : Just mix it with up to 50 % joghurt.
Honey light : Just mix it with joghurt.
With this ingredients light, you can make a lot of cakes, coockies and sweets. Mix it with toast, dough or fruits.
