I hope I atleast get bigger buds...
muahahahahahaha... don't knock it by that pic that is only the tip of the cola and it is a side shoot too. Willing to bet a good pic of the main buds would have meant no visible trichs. I would guess that tip there would be about as wide as my palm. And those are sugar leaves sticking out, pretty damn large for sugars. I think she might be hefty in real life.

A quarter or something for scale would have been awesome

Hey SG, I was reading your LED thread, again, and my
knowledge about things electrical is thin....the adapter says
9V, the fan shows 12V if you look, and the driver says 50W.

I was ready to think of under-driving the fan, to lengthen
its life or something, but I am sure that I am confused.

SG, I will need at least that long to get back up and
running. That, sadly, is the fact folks...it will be a
short outage, but it will last a few months.

I will be returning with a hydro setup...I think that I will
use a StinkBuddy type of setup....with an enormous
reservoir.

I think that I would like to go LED at that time.

I am thinking that four bars, with four LEDs each
would make a 4X4 array of lights....hopefully evenly
spread over the 4'x4' tent.

I am trying to get all my genetics to my old bro.

We did about 1/4 one weekend....need to go further.

I just spotted my Livers BX....man I wanted to flower
that one....very stinky.

Take care,

JD

Too bad I cant put an air stone in there somehow.
I did the airstone in the hempy thingy last run and I can tell you first hand it's a waste of time and energy. The diference is not even noticeable.
I'd say, get your groove on with knowing when to water and when to let them dry out. The diference between wet periods and dry periods is what makes the plant stretch it's roots in search for more water.

I advise that you train yourself to weigh the hempies by hand to know what it feels like when it's full of water and when it's fully dry. That way you can let the plants have 1 complete dry day, and then when the water it's it full on the plant will just burst!

As with every kind of grow, learn to read your plants, and they will tell you what they need =)

I do like to use weight as the first measure of thirst.

I can make a plant look thirsty when it is soaked...it is a skill. :^/

I am thinking that I will just drop the three bills and get the
6-site pre-built RDWC system. I do the math and get well
over $200 easily when I think about DIYing it.

I am thinking that these might be required:

Onward and upward,

JD

P.S. Though I think that a wire frame will throw less shadow.
I may just bend these up myself.
