Your going to need a bigger tent, 3 ft. tall isn't going to cut it, even if you scrog. Remember, you'll need some space between the plants canopy, and the light. Depending on your choice in lighting, you'll need to keep the light 12"-24" above the plant. Good luck.

This isn't ment too grow lbs.....its ment for me too have 1 plant too the max so I have at least 1 plant going at all times....and I plan on using this tent for starting my seeds for outdoors next year as well. My indoor tent has too be small and out of sight and this one works best for me....thanks for the input though

I didn't mean what I said as an insult, I really didn't. I'm just letting you know that 3ft (subtracting the lights depth) isn't going to leave you with much space at all.

I don't take it as an insult no worries.....trust me if I could I'd have a way bigger setup lol but I think if I scrog one plant and flower early it will give me enough including what I grow outdoors every year too get me from 1 season too the next ya know?

Thanks you have been more than helpful. Now I'll I need is fans then.....so just mpount the LEDs too the heat sink put fans on the other side and just hang it like that? Like you said it would be a open one so the fans wouldn't have too be super powerful

Yep. If you were going to use the sheet as a guard, an alternative would be some standoffs or just 4 screws on the underside to hold it off the table when you're working with it.

You could actually run all four of those on the fan driver I mentioned. I like 2 for redundancy, though I suspect the lamp would continue to run without danger if all the fans failed.

That's what I said lol both of them ended up super purple like that. I hope get 1 purple pheno exactly like this one on one of the 3 reg photo version Frisian dews I have going. have been veging for 2 months outdoors and are about 2- 2 1\2 tall and about 3 feet wide on the biggest one and about the other one and 2 other strains I have are about 2 and a half foot wide and same height

I'm in the same boat as you, my apartment is small and doesn't have a lot of room so I'm gonna keep my cabinet in my closet if I can depending on temps, but I wanna grow my party cup comp plants in there than scrog once I'm done with those. And it's fun to keep the plants small and see how much you can grow off of them and have some good organic meds for myself and my lady.

I thought long and hard about doing a sog in 6 inch square pots idk how many I could fit under that led panel though and Ive never done a sog before. Maybe I'll look into it....idk what would yield more...a sog or a single plant scrog in that tent

I've honestly never done a scrog but always wanted too. Once I'm done growing my party cups I'll do a scrog for sure I'll do a blog about it. You should join the 16oz party cup comp it's a lot of fun, and there might be prizes to win too. Just say you want to join on th party comp thread and your in but make sure you read the rules, it's super easy to do tho, I did the last one but had to pull out cuz my plant was taking to long it took her 14 weeks to fully flower!

Lol sounds interesting. Maybe after my tent n panel n stuff are put together n up I'll have too try one in a party cup m see what I can do with it lol. I can't wait too finish it. I'm always designing n building indoor setups for a couple buddy's of mine but never had the room for my own lol not fair but soon enough

Softly driven cobs can be mounted rather close to the canopy. Micro cabs are quite the growing trend now days too. I'd say a lot could be done with less than three feet and an aggressive training regiment. Minimal if any veg time.

Oh got ya, I'll be starting to make mine this weekend, my first part of parts come in Friday, I've already got my heat sink just waiting for the cpu fan, driver, and the cobs. I'll be posting a thread about it once I get it all set up.
