My plants lost their smell second week into bloom. Any ideas why?

Just stop worrying. 
It's perfectly normal to have the smells change as well as go away. I have 4 plants that have zero smell right now but I have grown them in the past and know that I will have that smell in a few weeks just to have it change again during dry and cure. You will be fine.

Plus I feed, then light water 2 days then feed again. Is that too often ?. It's still pretty hot here. Like I said it's my first time growing, its outdoor and I've invested quite a lot of $ don't wanna waste what I don't have alot of. Plus hard work and ALOT of TLC. Also, it gets pretty cool at night, at what point do I need to wrap the containers at night

Once thing to remember as a new grower..... You can love them to death. It's really easy to do. LOL I am sure that you will make out fine and be happy with your results. Just make sure that you learn from any mistakes and apply that knowledge to the next grow!

I water daily on 100+ days and every other day normally. I feed once a week but only after I see that the plants are needing something. I start off with a base soil then add some dry amendments let that go till the plants use up the food that's there and then I start to feed. This season I am using Earth Juice dry ferts and I have only fed about 4 times this so far. 2 times Veg as the plants were looking like they needed some N and more recently switched to my Bloom and have fed them 2 times. I probably have about 4-5 good feedings left before I back off and go straight water the final 2 weeks.
In short - Depends on the amount you are feeding and what your plants needs. I like to feed heavy and then water. I have killed plants in the past or have gotten lockout due to feeding too often. There are so many ways to get to the finish line and there are several ways to "do it right".

Your feeding schedule sounds OK. It''s a little cooler in Eugene than down here in Josephine county, but you shouldn't have to worry about cold until the first frost, usually late October or early November, and by that time you should have harvested. Even if a unseasonable cold front comes through, I've never had any problem outdoors with 'Big Healthy Mature Plants". It can dip down to as low as 28-29 F overnight and you won't have a problem. Now, if it stays below freezing all day as well as all night, you'll have to do something about it, but 5-6 hours of a couple of degrees below freezing won't hurt a mature healthy plant. (A seedling is a different story though.)
My outdoor plants don't smell at all now. That's normal. Enjoy this time of no stink. Even with legalization here in Oregon, you don't want to draw attention to yourself. (rippers). By mid to late September you'll smell them from quite a distance away and that will happen with yours as well.

I just read your post Johnny, thanks for the help. I know what u mean about rippers! It's a HUGE problem here. No one knows they're up here but my family. A grower had his entire harvest stolen the night before he was to harvest last year, not far from me. Just pisses me off man. Thieves are the worst in my book. If u don't have ur word u have nothing in the end.

I like to give tips on questions asked. There is so much to learn and so many ways to do it "right" that I don't want to steer you into the wrong direction. If you have a question I will try and answer.

Hi ABM, u said u like giving tips to questions so here goes, if u don't mind. Does molasses really make it sweeter and stickier? I'm using, Bloom by botanicare, Floralicious Plus, Kool Bloom, cal-mag and bone meal. Then next day water with molasses. Then 1 day light water. Should I add bat guano? I've heard it makes them smell stronger.

It's tough for me to answer some of these as I have no experience with some.
I have heard a ton about molasses but I don't use it at all as I don't like messing with a ton of additives and mixing. Some people swear by it. I used Black Strap Molasses the first season that I grew but just didn't see any huge gains from it. It also attracted ants to my grow which carried in aphids and I ended up fighting pests that year. I decided that after that I wasn't going to use it any longer. Guano's are great ways to add bennies without going for the bottles. Once again I don't use any of those so I am just talking from what I have seen and read.
You should pop into the organics section and see what you can see there. These guys mix in their nutes into the soil in the beginning and use top dressings (guano/worm castings) and teas to finish out the season without all the bottled nutes.

I cut and hang in a drying basket in my indoor tent for 5-7 days. After they are dry I put them in a paper bag for an additional 3-4 days. After I make sure that most of the moisture is out of it they go into jars in a cool dark area. I burp those jars 1 time a day for about 2 weeks. My problem is that once they hit the jar a burp will also result in a sample nug. LOL Some people skip the bag but I am in no hurry so in the bag they go. This is just the way that I do it and I am sure that others have their ways that are equally as efficient.

About molasses, it is used to feed the beneficial microbes in the soil, it will not, by itself, make the buds sweet. I, like angryblackman, have tried it and seen no difference. But, that's what gardening is about, experimenting and observing what happens in your particular environment. I try different things every season, whether it is nutrients, soil or just pruning, staking, or trellis netting. It's an experience, but you must observe. I now adhere to the Keep It Simple and Stupid. (The real saying is keep it simple, stupid but that gets read the wrong way). Don't panic. Any problem can be resolved. Hang loose.
