That's because they are florscent light and takes less wattage to run - can also use them as sidelighting. They produce 500watt's of light using only 105 watt engery cost to run them. just like the average 100 watt cfl for household use only 25 watts of engery. your yields will be very good ! what your are using will work great and low engery cost ! Good nutrient's for the flower phase's which you know will increase your yields greatly (50%)

25-35grams. If you can give every single bud site its own 23watt cfl 1-2" away throught the entire flowering period you will get more, but its a bitch tending to it every morning and night and still a complete waste of electricity.. At that point, just buy a 250w hps, and you'll be looking at 200grams+ once you get your area dialed down in big pots.

Also, the type of nutes you stated has no relation to yield, its all experience trying to steer clear of toxicities/deficiencies which again, lowers yield.
