My GDP isn't purple, any ideas why?

Kens GDP turns purple mid week 9 into week 10 depending on how purple you want it. You can chop at 8.5 ime but if you wait 10 you get a much nicer color scheme.

Well since we are coming into fall and temps are dropping , you may be able to use fans to pull in cold air but the fans won't make the air more cold.

As far as actual temps. I heard Dr Who mention a 15 degree drop in temp should do it. I think that's how it went

Forcing a plant is not healthy. People have really bad things happen when they do. However a plant getting a little extra cold at the end of its life cycle won't hurt shit.

Do they have any Purple coloring at all above the leaves? As many times as I have gone through this process, they usually surprise me in the last week and a half to two weeks. But, they may not turn as vibrant if they have had a lot of intense heat (90 - 100')

Don't worry about purple.. Purple outdoor always looks shitty IMO. Worry about keeping it healthy. It won't be done for another 21 to 31 days..its Extremely premature..

Just airbrush the leaves with beet juice. Ain't nobody gotta know.

I get purple leaves here and there in winter time, but I would NOT deliberately force a plant to do it. Chlorophyll is more efficient for energy conversion.

Let your plant's quality and potency be it's selling point, not it's color.
