Well Scoc has the final say on if the laws parliament pass are constitutional sound. They don't pass laws themselves just clean up over zealous polititions nonsense.

If Quebec couldn't pull it off hc has no chance IMO. But don't stop believing and if you get it done we all want in on it. I wouldn't oppose any province for separating if the majority of its citizens think the same.
