Well then,
Pull only the plants which are the most afflicted with bud rot...harvest selectively and methodically.
And, or, just cut out any rotten parts of bud(s) and spray the area with an H2O2 solution...
Is it too early now or should I hold off a week. I like the head high anyways so maybe it's a good thing if I pull early. I checked the trichomes and there's a mix between clear, milky, and amber on all the buds

If you can wait, then wait at least a week and check the trichomes. You have plenty of white hairs still showing which would indicate at least another 2 weeks but keep an eye on any chance of rain. My guess is when you harvest and dig into the bud rot you'll possibly find a caterpillar has burrowed into the stem.
Your plants look spectacular by the way. As long as the rot isn't spreading and there's no threat of rain, then keep them growing till the hairs recede. You'll definitely appreciate the increased size of the buds and potency of the smell if you can keep them in the ground another 2 weeks or so.
Well we had a light rain yesterday and it's been muggy and cloudy so I'm just going to start pulling. It's going to take me about 4-7 days to knock off the sun leaves and hang them. I usually average about 10-12 per day. Also ive already been flushing the last couple days so I'm just gonna pull em before I get more and more rot. Hopefully it'll still be some decent smoke lol.
It's your call, I know it's tough to sit and wait, especially with those beautiful plants you have and bud rot and rain in the forecast. I'm in the North Bay and just missed the rain last night and this morning but I was beginning to question whether I should have chopped yesterday when I saw the nightly forecast. I'm glad I didn't and I'll stick it out another week or so, depending on future forecasts.

It's a tough choice but I decided to pull early. I'm taking Wavel's advice and pulling the ones that are more ready than others. Every morning I keep coming out to my tops rotted out. I had a minor caterpillar problem but most of what I'm finding is moldy rot. It rained on my plants off and on almost all day wed and was humid the rest of the day so I just said screw it and started to chop em.
