Og kush delayed flowering ?

Hi guys,
My grow of og kush has been in flowering stage for 2 weeks (12/12 light schedule and hps lamp of 250 w) and it seems very delayed in comparison with some photos i saw on the internet... Give me some feedback please.

Ya it looks slow, dont worry, sometimes the slow starters make up for lost time and finnish like champs. It should catch up. If it doesnt chalk it up to bad genetics, oh well, they cant all be perfect. Good luck.
