just putting it out there you can indeed vote abroad, because what if people abroad read those saying they cant vote and believe it, so than they dont even try to vote when they can...
i dont like the spread of misinformation especially when it can discourage people from making a good political change

What confuses me about this is that would be 10pm my local time and the ballot near me closes at 9:30. Can they count that fast or is it read by a computer?

its all done by hand apparently, they just said

they changed the rules...they start broadcasting the results as the polls close in that province. nfld results are coming in now ( Libs leading in 5) my polling stations are open another 3 hours.
