Time to Switch to 12/12?

This is a pic of my Northern Lights Autoflower. This is three weeks since I put the seed in the soil. Is this mature enough to switch over to 12/12 schedule? Does this plant look like it should at this stage?

I'm not in any rush, but I'm a complete newb here, and I don't want to screw anything up.

Here's my setup:

5 6500K CFL's (three above, two behind)
2X2x5 stealth grow box
Aluminum turkey roasting pan as light reflector

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mate autos are a different ball game compared to the grow style you are obviously used too.
The first three weeks of an autos life is no nutes, plain water in all mediums.
Week 4 introducing grow nutes at 1/4 strength and increase to full strength over a 12-14 day period.
Feed grow nutes only untill all stretch of plant ceases. Then introduce flower nutes at 1/4 strength and increase as in grow period. Keep feeding till harvest day!

Leave the lights on 24/0. Pot has no sleep or rest requirements.

Not being a smarty pants, autoflowers do not require any dark as their life cycle is so fast. And where they come from has long non dark periods. Photo periods on the other hand will not produce flows unless they have a 12 hour period of darkness. This is where the flowers will grow and develop.

^^WTF?You say they do best with "sleep" then state the autos don't require any darkness -which is what 24/0 is - no darkness.

Autos dont require darkness but do benefit from a light cycle shorter than 24 hours due to the fact that breeders have introduced photo genes then stabilised the autoflowering trade. Light cycles of 20/4 or 18/6 have PROVEN the best results with autos. So your 24 hours of electricity consumption can EADC!!!

the only benefit on running less than 24/0 is to your pocket book ..... cannabis is a C3 plant ...... auto's can take full advantage of that .... studies or not i personally yielded more under 24/0
12 hours of hps at night and 12 of led or cfl during the hotter part of the day .... temps stay good and dont have to crank the ac up to keep them in check

and @ op i think your plant has been too wet i would let the planter dry out until it obviously feels light i bet if you pick it up it weighs a ton ..... drenched plants grow slow

Thanks, everyone, for the great advice.

I added more light and checked the pH on my water and got that correct and he plants seems fuller and bushier now. Thanks!
