hello i just woke up to this i guess i havent planted it deep enough?its an autoflower
it looked like its a bit standing then i put it under the lights and covered up with little dirt
did i do something wrong?

Looks like the soil is too wet. If it stays wet you damp it off. Let it dry and be patient. The seed coat will come off.
 
I personally wouldn't expose the tap root to light. I'd cover it with a little soil and wait, the tap root will automatically grow downwards so don't worry leave it for a couple of days and it will sprout.

Just day before yesterday I found a sprout on top of the soil. Curled up in the fetal position totally. Folded in 3 like a fetus.Impossible to straighten it out so I covered it with dry peat and left it.This morning the leaves are looking at the CFL. I'll not disturb it yet but obviously it was smarter than a Republican and knew what to do instinctively without any help.

I think what i see there is the seed shell still attached, put her under some cfls like around 2 inches for a couple of days, i won't advice u to try to remove it is very delicate and u can kill her, she will sorted out herself, if not then rip
