ok Im going to buy neem oil and sns tomorrow , is there anything I can do at home tonight that could slow them down

Spray them with the 50/50 rubbing alcohol/water mix. It will evaporate quickly and can't really hurt anything. I bet it will slow the little fuckers down, which is key. Their population grows exponentially so anything that slows them down is worth the effort.

Be careful not to spray them when lights are on or you can burn the crap out of them.
