Was the homeless ban so the city didn't fill up with homeless people trying to get stoned, or was it something else
Well considering a lot of dumbass want to be pot stars come here, and lots simply don't make it, I am sure a lot end up homeless. I've only been through Denver once and really have no reason to go there, maybe for food or something.. So I have no idea.

But the real question is how can someone live here and be homeless? It's colder than fuck outside here. I'm sure most wouldn't make it very long, or atleast my Texas blood wouldn't.

It's currently snowing outside

Those are illegal grows. As soon as the rest of the country pulls their heads out of their asses and legalizes this is the reality. Criminals will come to Colorado to grow to export to illegal states. I am not concerned.

That was largely logistical. I do not know one person that gives a fuck about the cannabis cup.

I can't find anything about that. DA's say shit like that all the time.
Does marijuana cause violence?
Our state attorneys have a rich history of hating weed and being fucking idiots.

Fucking morons should not be making BHO. Candles cause more house fires and deaths than BHO.
No one cares about things like that. Candles are fucking useless and literally kill people. Nothing like setting the mood with a nice candle and house fire.
Distracted cell phone users are more dangerous than drunk drivers, no one cares. I do hear people whining about people driving stoned from people that probably use their phones while driving.
 Well said! :hump:

That's creepy as fuck having CCTV in the garden and turds from state monitoring it.
Yeah I know.. I guess I could go work in a warehouse myself. But I am totally against the government having their fingers in everything. Is it weird that I feel more comfortable in an illegal state?

Something about becoming a legal med user makes me feel like it might be used against me one day. Like medical coverage and other things.

Because once they know you smoke cigs, it's pretty much down hill from there..

At first I was pissed my state (Maine) didn't get rec on the ballot this year, but, in hindsight I'm kinda glad... We have awesome medi laws, no one is getting busted or fucked with up here. Before I had my med card, every single time I got pulled over it was "anything in the car I need to now about"? Then usually I end up getting shakes down for some reason or another.... Since I got my card every time they ask what's in the car, I tell them I have some medicine in the trunk and I am a legal med cardholder, I haven't been searched once since I got my card, just get your card and the cops don't give a fuck man, even the DA of Skowhegan County said she did not want to see cops wasting any time on marijuana busts. So, I just want it to stay like it is, once its TOO free we are going to have all the idiots blasting oil in their bedrooms and all that stupid shit, the criminal element is going g to sky rocket, and it's just going to open doors for anti cannabis assholes to have shit to bitxh about. And I have also noticed the more legal shit gets , strangely, the more shitty bud is around... Back in the 90s headies was HEADIES, now everyone thinks they have headiea when its really warehouse weed, I hate warehouse weed.

@Trousers so my brother got home and I asked him to clarify to me everything.

He said that rules on edibles and concentrates changes in October. He said for med users it will be around 7 grams of dabs at a time. And most likely only 1 gram for rec.

And yes hells angels do rent and hold the license across the street, however the actual license holder maybe anyone with or without ties. He mentioned that about twice a week a large group of bikers shows up 20 to 30 at a time. All wearing hell angels jackets. Who knows?

From my understanding is that Livwell has the indoor acre and is the largest in Colorado, and the owner is from ??? And has ties to some sort of mafia?? And he has partners that run that run a ton of smaller operations. But they are from the same country. And supposedly was growing illegally from said country (maybe that is the organized crime) I don't care.. Lol

And there is supposedly 5 different main companies that run shit. The are named random stuff like Cannacorp, canna logistics and etc..
Also I guess what he was saying is that in zoned areas for cultivation most of the warehouses are actually owned by a small group, that rents for outrageous prices, kinda like a mafia..

Lol seriously, I only know what I've been told, by insiders.

But hey bro, I always liked you. And don't want to argue with you..
Good interview with the cheesecake lady on the adam dunn show about the med and new regs and laws getting put on for the state... skip the first 5 mins or so u cant here it well.

A couple of things to do in Denver.

The Forney Museum of Transportation. Old cars, not hot rods but very unique old family cars. I remember in one the seats would turn outward and it was set up like for family outings in the summer or something. Like a picnic, drive in movie or whatever. Very unique older cars some like early 1900's. And trains.

Giant locomotives and dinner cars attached. Cabooses. That was freeking awesome. Bicycles. Lots of old ones and a very unique collection of older bikes. Motorcycles. Some Indians but also Honda's. Then there were some oddity vehicles and a lot of like wax figures. It's not a super nice and vast museum. It is large enough for a couple of hours. More like a mechanics type museum. I loved it and it was only like a $10 bill.

The zoo! Heck yeah I love zoos. It's in the park if I remember correctly. Elephants, little shows with like otters or whatever. Lots of birds and peacocks walking around freely will show off their tail feathers for the crowd. It's not the greatest zoo, but I'm kind of an animal lover. If I get close to a zoo I'm going. I think there is some kind of aquarium too but, I didn't go to that. Oh yeah. I smelt weed several times while at the zoo. I think dudes were toking it up. I didn't because there were too many little kids around. Just saying.

Vails pass. It's been a long while. It used to be really beautiful out there tho. Good for a road trip. Summer and winter.

Don't just write it off. Denver is kinda cool. But, I've lived in Nashville and Atlanta and would rather stay out of te metropolis. It's a great place to visit and appreciate the attractions tho. That's about all I remember.

It's gotten strange there lately. They even tore down the Dunkin Donuts at Clark and Belmont. Now the double door is closing. Wrigley Field looks like a hotel is crashing into it in slow motion. The overpass on Western at Belmont is gone and traffic is fucking insane anywhere you go. Not a happy city right now (not for the reasons above). It is just that everybody is angry and hates each other. You even have to pay for garbage service now. The food is what I miss most.

How long have you been gone?

Why not just use google? It is not changing for medical.
The rules for buds remain unchanged. There is no change regarding anything you implied before.
Residents can buy 8 grams of concentrates per visit. Non-residents can purchase 2 grams per visit.
It is 800 mg of THC per visit and 200 mg for non residents when it comes to edibles.
That is recreational only. This has been know for a while.

So he is guessing. You have not been right about much so far.

Stories are great. Yours are kind of boring though and not necessarily true.

Oh it is 5 now?
That is not true. Not even close. I am in real estate and know commercial real estate agents. There are a shit ton of privately or corporation owned warehouses that are used for growing. I personally know 3 dispensary owners. They each own 1-2 locations. That is it. The licenses might be subject to public information laws. You can check if you want. I'm not buying it that 3 or 5 companies control most everything.

I have nothing against you, but you are full of shit.
Basically nothing you said is true or verifiable.

It still has a way to go and it's not approved in any smoke-able form. But I guess it's a start. If Tom Corbett would have been re-elected as governor, it never would have happened.
I just wish they would decriminalize cultivation. Anything 10 plants and over has mandatory time attached to it. I find that quite frightening as well as ridiculous.
At the same time if they find me on the street overdosed on heroin and near death they will inject me with Narcan to reverse it and tell me that I should be grateful that they saved me, and I should be more careful next time. If others are involved they walk too.
Thats no shit.....

I have been so tempted to try making BHO, but I've decided it's not worth the risk.
Why? I'm smoking the same shit for like ever and fucked up. Why does everyone need concentrates? Like is their weed bunk? I understand edibles. Just saying. Why be tempted to blow yourself up? And fuck up your tolerance at the same time.

Are you smoking the exact same strain all the time? Wow, if so, switch between 3 strains regularly and you'll get higher. That's what I do.
