If course it does. Its full of examples of liberal college administrations setting up rules to let conservatives know their not welcome to express their views. The rules allow liberals to gather and shout down any speech their desire.
It's the speech that hasn't occured becuae of the rules.
It even has quotes from Chris Rock speaking about how in the last 10 years of so he doesn't even do campus shows anymore because of the backlash and treatment he gets.

I'd say most of the students would find it funny. I bash the liberty crowd as much as anyone. They deny science and all that. But I know many of the type of people who would go there and some who have. Theyre not prudes.

It's in the article. It's pretty clear. The universities have set up rules about speech codes and the like. They get to determine what is appropriate and the language of the codes are vague and broad. Thereby granting them broad discressjon in what they call 'hate' or 'violen' speech.
Back when Anne Coulter was doing speeches at college she was always heckled. She was assaulted, more than once. Students would gather to shout out her speech, and she was even barred from speaking at some after she was announced as the speaker.
I'm not a Coulter fan. But she's published and does well and she has a right to her opinion, but more than that I have a right to hear her opinion if I choose. All those people stopped not just her speech, but the rights of all those who wanted to hear her.

That sounds good on a left leaning message board. But if you look at political violence throughout history it's predominantly coming from the left. Even when the target is considered to be on the left, like JFK, it's someone further to the left, like the communist Lee Harvey Oswald.
An exception and a notible one, were the whites who got violent in the civil rights era, but they were Democrats.

Who cares how you interpreted those comments we here in NY were offended by them.
