I feel like if you didn't pay tax and you got shut down you would have to pay back tax. Also - in pretty sure there is a way to pay tax anonymously on illegal activities. I know there is for sure in the US. that's how they got Al Capone - tax evasion.

If you are convicted of growing or selling mj illigally in Canada you can expect the cra to reasses your past tax returns and leave you with a huge tax bill. You're only held responsible if you're caught. Big tax case being fought in bc over a grower who sold to a disp for years who now has a huge tax bill. Amd hippy I never doubted you knew your cra shit just was adding to your point.

Well the London clubs highest price is $7 a gram...that pretty fair. But no higher should it be anywhere really.
The closer you get to toronto the more greed that is apparent. If London can do that...ahem.
No I'm for store front ...just got a few bitches about the prices and privacy.

They do have overheads....etc...so as long as the quality is there....
It can seem,to be reasonable price wise....
Bring in competition and those prices will drop.
We need a free market on this resource just like many other resources.

I understand the predicament your in Princess. But essentially you are in no real actual predicament. Because nobody is enforcing shit. It's a problem for us both.
The predicament becomes ALL mine once I've exposed my Identity.
I will not be offering any personal info to someone who had enough rent to make a lease. Throwing a name above the doors does not a legit trustable business make.

I get the big picture. But I think that the dispensaries that are trying to keep it 100 as possible are just making sure you are who you say you are.

I mean without ID , anyone could walk in and say hi, I'm the Hippy or nsbudca. I need mmj. I'm legit. I know that the dispensaries who get caught selling to unauthorized patients take a bigger hit.

I do get the concerns about how secure that information actually is once it's stored in whatever system they have.
