How do you get a license to grow?

If that is your state at least you're getting there.

Now I don't know. I'd never seen that myself and to me, it sounds like that Van Vulkenburg puke decided to mis-use his little, small-city power to override the will of the people, in his amendment(s). What gives him that right!

What gives anyone the right to say we can't smoke weed. I'm not hurting anyone when I'm sitting at home smokin out.

I only get this one life and I should have the right to smoke up. bongsmilie

No one has the right to control what we do for recreation, as long as its in a responsible manner. Selling is a whole nother issue, but it is my belief that we should be able to grow and smoke marijuana in all of its glory.

Exactly . . . as long as it's profited on, it can't be generally legal. I figure eventually tobacco's gotta go, so perhaps the US Gov will try to replace some of that lost tax w/pot legalization and subsequent taxation.

I just want to grow my own and smoke. I don't want to sell. I'm not trying to get rich. I would like the option to buy if need be though. Not this hunt and search thing either. Damn I'm so sick of that.

In the decriminalized states is it legal to grow and smoke as much as u want?

Decriminalization is the abolition of criminal penalties in relation to certain acts, perhaps retroactively, though perhaps regulated permits or fines might still apply (for contrast, see: Legalization). The reverse process is criminalization.

Even though it may be decriminalized, you can still receive a fine for possession. Here in ohio anything over a couple ounces and you go to jail. So, if you have a couple joints...they will confiscate or trash it, then give you a ticket.

I walk around town smoking, keep to myself, and im never bothered.
