You can veg it as long as you want. It's in a pot that can carry it 3 months plus with no more nutrients, so only give it water from now on.

Let the thing grow at least a month this time before you go 12/12 on the lights to start flowering it again. The bigger you let it get before flowering the more bud you end up with.

much better, i use miracle grow potting soil... my plants are like 5 inchs tall so easy to maintain watering the plant using miracle grow good luck dude

Hold on a minute... You already have that in a huge pot, you aren't going to try to transplant it are you? You could kill it, the roots will not hold because it's not root bound.
