The sooner every one understands its purely only about the money, the sooner it will be legalized!
Just about nowwwwwso when did the great state of maryland become medically legal??????????????????????
From what I hear...... good luck with that, another case of the politicos making it look goodAny news on the MMJ forefront in MD? Back in MD and want to start a storefront.
In NY the applications cost $1,000,000.00 just to get in line then they chose 5 co's for theSupposedly the say "The preliminary winners of lucrative licenses to grow and process medical marijuana in Maryland will be announced Aug. 15, more than a week after a state commission selects the highest-ranked applications.".... If that really happens, it is still to be seen...http://mmcc.maryland.gov/ Did you already apply for the license?
I do not recall the cost in MD, but the licenses are limited and it is nuts the way they are doing it. The link in my last post explained the fee structure. But it was only in the thousands I believe. MD is probably going to be worse then the NY market at opening as the bone heads running the commission dont have a clue and 50% of the questions asked have gone unanswered. In NY the applications cost $1,000,000.00 just to get in line then they chose 5 co's for the
whole state, from grow to dispensary. I hope MD doesn't model after NY.
I have most of my family in MD and have been thinking about moving there but I'd be a
patient not supplier.
Not yet, as of right now I don't think there are any grower/suppliers in MD, I believe they purchase out of state. Is home cultivation a yes in MD?
I will be keeping an eye on this section for more info then. I just want to know about home growing for personal use is all. Do not live there but my mother and brother do and they both have conditions that "should" qualify them for a card whenever that time comes. Not yet, as of right now I don't think there are any grower/suppliers in MD, I believe they purchase out of state.
