transplant or not

OK so in the next few days to a week I am moving from veg to 12.12 into a bigger tent . currently in a 3ftx3ftx5ft. 400watt hps light.. going into a 1.2mtr x1.2mtr x2mtr with a 600watt hps light.. so two things. 1 should I keep the 400watt hps or swop to 600watt hps. 2 at the moment there in 11ltr pots. .just over 2 gallon.... should I repot into bigger pots. 4 plants are going into the tent. any advice would be great . thank you

I would repot to bigger pots and veg more to fill the 1.2x1.2 (considering the stretch too) before switching to 12h...and ofcourse use the 600w light.

there 4 weeks and 5 days old now one is fairly big the others are not as big .all undergoing let. the bigger one has took well to this
