First time growing in coco

hey guys what it do?
its my first time growing in coco and since all the "cal/mag"s on the market here have high percentage of nitrogen as well (10~20%) my only option is to improvise for cal mag
i got some epsom salt and some gypsom(which i was told isnt that good a choice for coco cause its slow release and not water soluble) i wanted to see if there are some other ways to make up for the calcium needed in cooc
ive read on forums that milk+water/eggshells+vinegar would work well so i wanted to ask how can i use anu of these stuff to make up for the cal mag i need to put in my coco peat grows?

this is not too much nitrogen in my opinion.

Calmag is a bit early (I know many use it before Flower without issues), I understand you are using it cause you can't find anything nearby but even amazon has N-P-K.
Coco is good but drys up fast, so keep that in mind. vinegar will lower PH and make it more acidic, mixed with the others i'm not sure if it makes some sort of balance, i'd suggest test with PH if you try mix. In anycase even if it could work out and i'm sure milk doesn't give as much calcium compared to other things which atm don't come to mind, make sure you know how much % of each.

Personally I'd get N-P-K from amazon, PH Tester and go from there. I hardly put Neuts in the first 8-10 Days, just PH 6,4-7 water, infact some types Spring water also contains high amounts of Calcium.

The older growers will say "Add it when your plant's tell you" lol. I'm a noob myself just regurgitating info i've searched up for you. Look at a commercial product and see what their dosage/schedule is like and if you have a PPM meter you can follow pretty close to what they suggest.

I'm sure others far smarter than I will be along to help out :)

Well usually it's 1PH higher than Hydro, Coco + Soil/Peat and Perlite for me was 6,8-7PH (if i have more Coco PH would be less) so I would adjust the water to make it around 6,2 -6,3 and then my overall soil PH would sit around 6,6-6,8ph.
Basically if you are using a Mix of Coco + Soil etc Keep PH as 6,4 -7 - weed in general usually likes more acidic soil.

I added a little pic so you can see what level effect what the plant will take in based upon overall pH. Based upon the picture 6,25- 7 pH is fine but I go for 6,4-6,8.

I'll give mg every water. In Coco it's mandatory. Coco is a beach about it.
