There are hundreds if not thousands of cases of farmers being sued by Mon$atan because pollen from their GM crops blew down the road and contaminated another farmer's crops thus illegally contaminating the sued farmer's crops with their frankenfood pollen.
Just like the vaccine makers, companies like Mon$atan have bought gov't laws to prevent suing them even if you have the money to attempt to get justice.
I'd think you were a paid shill but from reading most other posts of yours I know you just like trolling any subject for the fun of it because that's just the kind of jerk you are. They settle quietly out of court then make the defendants sign them under penalty of prison and/or huge fines if they say word one about what happened behind closed doors.
I don't have time to do your homework for you. I already posted links about their plans to take over the pot industry that I doubt you've checked and any dirt I dug up about the farmers that have suffered at their hands would likely be ignored as well.

You, on the other hand, cannot cite a case where some hapless farmer had pollen blow into their field and they got sued because it is a lie. Those are easy to find because Mon$atan won that round and wants to make sure that everyone knows the were in the right on that one and they half were at least. Even tho their patent on that particular genetic modification had expired the courts found for them anyway. Had it been a literary work or an invention from a small company the ruling would have gone the other way for sure.
I'm not sure what part of "non-disclosure agreement" you don't understand but they spend millions of dollars every year covering their tracks so only cases like you cited ever see the light of day.
Because of the millions they also spend lobbying for their own intrest laws get passed to keep them out of trouble.
