ok ok here's my update ...

Firstly ill start with the plant i had to chop down, its had one night and day drying and it feels damp but soft and hollow... im not sure if it should ...but i think not.

Here's my grow room

A few plants have suffered nute burn since my last big dose so i think i'll just flush with bottled water for the next 2 weeks(ish) till crop.

Yeah the colas feel nice and sticky whilst still firm

I'm not trying the runt till next week i want to give it chance to dry properly..saying that im almost out of the green stuff, so might speed dry a bit.

yeah i chopped it cos i think it has some kind of illness/disease who knows but i didn't want it infecting my other plants it can infect me instead

i emptied the soil that had been sat in the pot since i chopped down my pathetic plant and the root network was stunted in fact it looked like it had not grown since i had transplanted it from a 1 gallon bucket, the plant was about 4 foot tall but very slim with few outreaching branches i my guessing this is down to the poor root network.

My other plants are half a foot bigger and a fair bit bushier but i have a feeling the root networks won't be too amazing either...time will tell but i think i am paying for not using pertile or anything else in my compost.

your tying it down wrong. tie it from just underneath where you thing the first cola will be and fasten it to the pot, makeing the top bend down. this will make branches shoot off and make more branches that will form clas. i just did it over the last two wee2s.oh yeah more molasses its sooo dankkk

I would also look at the other roots too. If they are stunted a couple of things could be the cause: too much fertilizer, too much water (not enough drainage of your soil), not enough void space (perlite), compost too hot. Not sure what you used for potting medium (compost). Did you age it for a month or so or was it from a bag? Could be a lot of things.

i used a tomato grow soil.. not the best idea i know. no pertile of drainage so i think that added to my problem.

did you try fixing it?? get some good soil from the gardenstore...all you need is dirt,perlite and vermiculite
